I just received a call from Aaron Davis from this number said i had a case# 550309 and they had spoke with my HR department at work and that he took this case thinking i knew what it was about. He was calling to let me know he was on the way to my job to serve me with some court papers . Since i didn't know what this was about to call 877 491 5078 they would inform me what was going on send him a release and he would call me back in 30 mins.

Somehow my daughter received a call on her cell from Robin Lee claiming that a claim had beenn filed against me and that the file is in her office.  She tried to find out where I am and my daughter would not giver her any info so her stupid ass left this phone number: 877-491-5078 which according to the internet is maybe registered to Capital Harris Miller whoever the hell they are because they are either nowhere to be found or are under the fraud watchdog whatever.  Anyway, there is something wrong because I never give out my daughter's number for aything,not even an emergency.  Also, according to the watchdog page this weird company is in the United Kingdom (????).  I called this number, got a voicemail and left this [***] a scathing message.  Lets see what happens tomorrow -- 4/30/2012 -- I will update this site tomorrow.

My niece received a phone call from this person named TINA WRIGHT, stating that she filed a case against me. The phone number she left is 877-491-5078.She said to my niece that she is trying to serve me papers and she also went to my job.

This number called my job and said they were going to serve me with papers and asked what time did I come and asking for all kinds of info.

today is june the 11th 2012 i have been threaten, at my job with phone cal they are saying they are coming to my job and serve me papers i had set up a payment plan but couldn't afford it so i tried to contact them no answere so i called vip loans to see what was going on they told me that they do not contact people at there place of employment so i am sadly to say they got me whith about 150.00 really hope they needed it but i say don't worry about i went to my root doctor should i say anymore scam scam scam

I am getting calls at my job saying they have a case against me to. That asked for my social number and everything. I told them if they are real go head and take me to court,because I am not giving any of my information to a stranger over the phone. They have called again and now left a message on my supervisors voicemail. They stated it is a payday loan which I have had, but informed them that I would pay nothing until I received this in writing of a bill or such. Also when I was contacted the first time the guy said he was on his way to serve me with papers which never took place. So really I think this is a 3rd party collection act.
