Has called several times in the past week - never leaves a message - no caller ID - tired of scammers and did not answer

Shelly, I bet you are right- Sallie Mae bot.  If it's your cell phone I highly recommend the Mr. Number app, it blocks numbers.  they call and it will hang up on them.

Received numerous calls from this number with a caller ID of UNAVAILABLE, but the message left identifies the caller as Navient Loan Services (they're a spin-off of Sallie Mae).  It turns out that this is a call from a legitimate company that provides Loan Servicing for the US Government (mostly student loans).  If you call them and indicate that you have been receiving calls in error, they will remove your number from their system (or so they say) - the individual that I talked to was very polite and professional.

This number called but my phone never rang.  It went straight to voicemail.  The guy on the other line sounded drunk.  It took 3 times listening to it to get the number.  They wanted to speak to somebody that has never used my number and hasn't lived at this address sine 2007.
