Imperial Recovery

Has anyone actually received threatened actionfrom this company? I feel like they're just trying to intimidate me... Because they say they've been trying to get ahold of me for months/years??? I've got nothing and now they say they're taking legal action against me if I don't give them money today.

Received a call from a guy who sounds a fairy. Something like Herman Sacowski requiring I call him back.
His voice is so annoying. Needed me to call him back before 4:30. GO F*@* off.

It's a collection agency trying to find a sucker.

This is a scam of some sort and I want it stopped.

RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS 877-494-8756 FROM A MR WILLIAMSON  HE DOESNT IDENTIFY THE COMPANY OR MENTION THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT, WHICH I BELIEVE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO LEGALLY...HE STATES HE HAS A FILE ON HIS DESK SINCE JULY 29TH AND HAS BEEN TRYING TO REACH ME FOR YEARS... YEAH SURE. ....ALWAYS GET THE SAME SCRIPT ALMOST ACCEPT THIS TIME THIS GUY SAID IF I DONT CALL HIM BACK "GOOD LUCK" TO INTIMIDATE ME.  TRIES TO BE THREATENING THIS TIME. THEY USE DIFFERENT NUMBERS TOO.  CALLED THE NUMBER BACK TO TELL THIS GUY OFF HOWEVER WHEN YOU CALL BACK THERE WAS A RECORDING ABOUT WAGE GARNISHMENT ETC...

I received a call from this number requesting that I return their call by 4:30 today.  I do not have any delinquent debts, so if this is a debt collector, I'm not sure why they are calling me.  The call is suspect and they did not leave the name of the company they are calling from, so I don't plan to return the call.
