received call from natalie re sign my loan payday loan- stated owed 450.00- asked for debt validation in writing from them and she stated they did not do that- they wwere between court house and agency- asked me to set up payments- said would hold til tomorrow and then sent to local courthouse where more fees would be added- have received no written notice or verification- i live in tennessee - can i just be sued or garnished without prior contact from this firm

This is a SCAM  call your local police department and report them immediately!!!

Received a call from a Mr Nicholas Brady stating that they were "pending" a case against my Social Security number and I had 24 business hours to contact them. They keep calling my office after I have asked them numerous not to contact me here but call my cell phone...people got loud and would not give me their office # in order for me to call them back

Total, 100% scam. You cannot be charged with a crime for debt! They are using scare tactics and making illegal threats. If they were in CA, they would be breaking the law by threatening arrest!

They call every other week with different numbers, stating that they have a file against me and my social security numbe.  Opposite times they call from 1-866-510-9400 and that this is a time sensitive matter, I do call back when I get home from work and no one every calls back until the week after again with a different number and same kind of message.  I do worry about it each and every time, And the end of the message they wish you good luck.
