I called the number back. blocked my number when I did. Only got an automated system. They asked for my zip code, I entered it. They said they were a collection agency attempting to collect a debt. gave options to pay debt, inquire about debt, etc. I selected to pay it & it told me I had a balance of $55 and I could have kept going to pay it, but I hung up. They got all "my account" information just from my zip code???? BE CAREFUL OF THIS NUMBER! Looks like a scam to me!

This number keeps calling, never identifying themselves or what they want.  To make matters worse, Verizon won't let me block toll-free numbers!  Any legitimate business or person ALWAYS identifies themselves.

It's not a scam, this company deals with Debt from traffic infractions. They didn't get all of your info just from your zip, they HAVE all of your info if they are calling you. The $55 is more than likely a parking ticket with late fees. When you entered your zip code, on top of you calling the number back FROM YOUR PHONE, they were able to verify that it was you.

Now see me on the other hand, I was called by this company and was told I owed $45 for a parking ticket in some town in Massachusetts. The date in question was like March 2006. I'm from Upstate, NY, and this town's about a solid 5+ hour drive from me. What the idiots on the phone can't comprehend is that the last time I was anywhere in Mass, it was in Boston, and that was in 1999 for a Whale-Watch trip I took in high-school(i.e. I didn't drive, we all took a bus there) So who ever wrote down this license plate number on the car did a [***] job. After finding out the county, I called up the traffic office and spoke with a woman who was able to look up the license plate # . The lady verified the ticket that was issued in 2006 and had an outstanding debt of $45, the cop never wrote down a make or model, nor vin number either... now I've had a ticket in NY before for parking and the Make and Model are standard practices when writing tickets or any kind. I told her what my issues was, and she said that if I wanted to argue it, to talk to an appeals guy and go there for a court date, yeah, sure, go there for a court date for a ticket I never received, uh huh, then I'll HAVE to pay for it. I don't plan on going back to Mass anytime soon, nor have I been there since 11 years ago...

I now live in a different state and have different plates than that of NY, go GOOD LUCK getting that money... [***]. If a cop puts 1 wrong digit in as a plate #, that can completely mess up someone else. Here I am living life when some 5 years after the fact I get a random call saying I owe money for a parking ticket, yeah, uh huh... I WAS NEVER IN MASS WITH MY OWN CAR OR WITH ANYONE ELSE'S CAR FOR THAT MATTER!

    Never Been To Atlanta
I have never been to atlanta, but somehow they say i have a PARKING TICKET in Atlanta, GA... that's like 300+ miles!!! Do you really think I would ride my 2000 HONDA REBEL that freakin' far!? Really!? Serious? They obviously make up license plate numbers in these towns and just hope they "hit" on someone gulible enough to pay it... Not me.

I happen to live in CORRUPT ATLANTA, and i know 1st hand about 'PARK ATLANTA', the liars who write so called parking tickets.  It's so corrupt , the the local CBS station (channel 46) has been airing stories about  how they have to write X amount of tickets PER HOUR, or else lose their job.  I paid what i thought were ALL of my outstanding tickets, & NOW THEY STARTED CALLING!!!  Keep in mind that the entire city of Atlanta is corrupt as all hell, but that's a whole nother topic.  I'm not racist, but ever since Atlanta has had "afro-american" mayors, (beginning in mid 70's) it's all gone downhill .  I have a hunch that the mayor gets kick-backs from ParkAtlanta.

I received a call from this number claiming I owe a parking ticket in Atlanta. I haven't been to Atlanta in 2 years and when I went I didn't even leave the Hotel because I was there for school. Never was anything on my car nor did I use a bit of gas once I arrived. Definitely a scam

BTW, the name of the company that this number belongs to is called "Professional Account Services".  If u can block them, DO IT.  And here's yet another example of how corrupt Atlanta's Fulton county govt. is;   According to House Bill 77 which became law on Dec. 31, 2008, cities using red light cameras to control traffic must send a second violation notice by certified mail with return receipt requested, if the person did not respond after the first notice. Not until the second notice is sent does the person become liable to pay the fine.
When a driver is caught running a red light by a camera it is considered a civil violation, like a parking ticket. In Atlanta, the fine is $70.  CBS Atlanta obtained documents that showed Atlanta Municipal Court sent 15,213 unpaid violations to collections agencies (INSTEAD OF CERTIFIED MAIL, to the offender) since the law went into effect.   In 2010, the City of Atlanta was fined for operating a red light camera without a state permit. The city paid $35,000 to the state of Georgia. $CREW  CORRUPT ATLANTA!  STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE!  DO NOT VISIT THIS DUMP!

I received a condescending and rude phone-call at 8p tonight from "Professional Account Services" regarding an unpaid parking ticket. The caller identified herself as Ms. Brown. Shame on the City of Atlanta for associating themselves with such shady organizations.

I get calls from them all the time. I DON'T HAVE ANY parking or other traffic violations!!  Every time they call I'm not home.  They just leave a generic message and asks me to call them.
