Called me at about 1 PM, did not leave a message. I called back the number on the Caller ID display and got a menu recording for OnStar. One of the options was to press 4 to be put on their Do Not Call list. I am already on the national DNC list and I have never had any dealings with OnStar. Why should I have to ask to be put on their DNC? Instead I will file a complaint.

Yeah, it's OnStar; unless you have OnStar it was a wrong number.

This number has called me two days in a row at approximately 8:35 a.m. and did not leave a message either time.

They keep calling me.  I just called a second time to be removed from their list.  I filed a complaint with the useless FCC but they said they found no violation even though I'm on the no call, have never done business with them, requested with an operator to be removed and they still have called five more times.  Now I know why the telemarketing calls have returned, the FCC is a joke and companies have figured this out.

They keep calling my number, which is on the Federal Do Not Call list and I never had OnStar.

When I answer the phone, an automated message tells me to call a different 800 number about my OnStar subscription.

Naturally, I call because I don't have OnStar subscription--the damned 800 number I call simply plays an automated message about a dating service!

We should ABSOLUTLY not be receiving calls from 877-503-0574. I keep hanging up or not answering the phone, but they still keep calling. We are on the DO NOT CALL list, but i guess it do not work. AH!

If you bought a GM product you gave them permission to call your phone number

We are having calls from this number several times a day and when we answer no one answers! We are on the do not call list and would like to know why we keep receiving these calls.

Got a call from 877-503-0574 and no one was there.

So I will never have a car with onstar after this. I called them 3x to tell them to stop calling. I don't have GM car.. and my car is older than onstar's service. So this last time I called they transferred me to the National DO NOT CALL list which my number is on.  This is awful.

Thank you, Steven. I too dialed the number and added my name to the Do Not Call list. I bought a new car last year with the OnStar service but never used it. The young man on the other end of the line was very polite.

I had onstar in 2005. They have never contacted me b4, why would they start contacting me 3 cars later? if gm is using these scum tactics I will never buy another one. I don't remember ever giving them my cell phone. I never give my cell # out. Our Government is broke from all these useless agencies. I think it's time we insist on closing these agencies if they can't do the job!

You're right. When you call them back to get them to stop calling tell them you have sold the car they are in question of. The sales calls will stop coming.

it's on star calls 3-4 times a week bought a gm. kool thing is  i bought uniden phones and they have call blocking built in  rings once then they get a beeping sound

Steven is 100% right. I've got the 90 day thing expiring in the next 2-3 weeks. I'll call them and 7890 them out. I'll NEVER buy Chevy AGAIN.

Since the LEOs are unABLE to do the job it's time for the citizens to TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS. I HAD onstar meaning I'm NOT renewing.
Now to find the call centers. Any DISGRUNTLED employees?????
