Yeah, Collections agency CBLC.  Called my number and left a message (as I was out).  "This is not a solicitation.

i don't know why this number calling me every day 5 times

we have received a call from these people at least once a month for the past four years, when i call back and tell them off, they insist they arent calling and say they will take me off their calling list...NOTTTTTT
what is their problem.????  im sick of it

Got a call... repeatedly... and leave no message

Call the number back... said they are CBCL collections, and was I Mr....... . I said that I am not willing got confirm any info - who are you? Can you prove who you are?  She wanted to confirm info, but I said to look at it from my point of view - I get a bunch of calls form this number - no message.

I pointed out that in this day and age, why the heck should I believe you.

So I hang up - do some research - look up CBCL - see all the legal actions being done against them... and call back and give them [***].

Funny, no more calls after I bring up the class action lawsuit against them...

Canadian Bonded Credit... These dicks have been calling me once a day for months now. In fact, they have my number on automated dial. When you pick up, you get a *recording* that says to "call them about an important financial matter". I'll be damned if I'm gonna rack up LD charges and waste my daytime cell minutes calling THEM.

They call at home and left me a message
Want me to call them asap as it was urgent.
I have no credit card and bad credit...so stop

I keep getting calls from them as "This is Icorp Canada, it is important you call us back at (the number)

These guys phone me up to three times a day leaving message stating that it is urgent that I phone them back. I have phoned back and gotten answering machines. WTF.

Do not phone us. Annoying at 7 AM

Call everyday, 2-3 times a day. Never leave me a message. (MY rule of thumb is that if it is important, they will leave a msg).

1. Claim that I have a cable bill from years ago that is in collection for XXX amount.

2. When I ask for more information. The do not have it available only the account number.

3. Does not ask me for any verifying information other than my name and if I had lived at X address.

4. When I say that this call seems weird he simple refers me to contact the cable company.

*UPDATE: I have checked my credit report and there are NO accounts in collection.*

THIS NUMBER IS A SCAM. They may have bought old information and try to make you send money to THEM to settle an "unpaid" account.

The calls have not stopped. I simply don't pick up.

They will still know the number you are calling from.
USE A PAYPHONE IF YOU WISH TO CALL THEM BACK. And remember,
Do not call lists and The National "Do Not Call List"
does not work at all !

Got another call from the collection agency IQOR-CBCL.
They had to make another call before the weekend. What am I talking
about? They'll call on Saturdays & Sundays too! They are mixed up scam
artists working for the main man who lives here and owes more money than
anyone else, with all of his stupid credit cards. Lets say you owe
$50.00 for a parking ticket, and the guy who runs the place owes $50,000
(or more) in credit card debts. Well guess who gets bothered the most?
You guessed it, the guy with the parking ticket! Does this make sense?

Remember, if this is happening to you, don't call them back from your home
or work phone numbers. Even if you dial *67 to block your number it won't
work. IQOR/CBCL will still know your calling from your home/work number. This will confirm to them you are at that number. However, calling from a
payhone (tollfree) and driving them crazy will get them to let up on you
a little bit. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE !!!

IQOR IS REALLY PUSHING IT'S LUCK WITH US !
They called again today at exactly 6:48 PM. Everyone should see
the log file generated by our CID programs over the last 4-5 years.
And the number of times they call us in one day. We will make these
files available for everyone to see online very very soon. And
sooner if they keep calling our home and work numbers regularly.

This CBCL calls me everyday 2 to 3 times starting at 7:30 am. They do not leave a message. Months ago I answered the phone and they said that I owed Bell Mobility for a cell phone. Funny I have never owned a cell phone. I have threatened action, denied owing this, asked them to send me a bill with the particulars. To date, nothing from this company but more phone calls.

I had another call from IQOR who are ignorant people.
When you answer the phone there is nobody to talk too.
This is a PRANK CALL. You would think that if someone was calling
you there would be someone on the line. At 3:14pm today they called
but no one was on the line. I hung up fast.
THIS IS HARASSMENT TO ITS FULLEST DEGREE!!!

Got another call from these unhappy sadists today at 7:06 pm.
Yesterday the call came from 1-866-294-1752 at 3:50 pm.
The tacktic now is to alternate numbers and call you every day.
The old CBCL number is 1-877-503-2115 which they still use.
The new IQOR number is 1-866-294-1752 which they always use now.
No matter what number you answer too there is either a long delay
in the initiation of the recorded message, or there is no one on
the line -- PRANK CALL.
They are the same scum Telemarketer/Collection jurks who have sad
lives and enjoy harassing people "every day" many times a day.
Even if you did owe money, I'd still tell them where to go!
