This number has called 3 or 4 times a day...everyday!  We do have a Citibank account but that doesn't mean I want them ringing my phone off the hook.

They call me twice a day every day. I never answer and am sick of them calling.

Whoever is on the other end of this number apparently CANNOT learn that an answering machine that tells them that calls will be returned requires that an actual message be left as part of the deal!  This is one of the worst offenders I have ever seen.  I simply refuse to be worn down into returning the call.  I just hope that they enjoy running up enormous phone bills because they would make anyone less patient than me get extremely violent with them.  Whoever owns this number are morons of the highest order who haven't got the slightest ounce of intelligence to stop after a few tries.  If there is karma, these people will suffer in hell for their rude and obnoxious unsolicited activities on numbers that are on the Do Not Call list!

How can I get them to stop calling me ?

Call the number back, ay end of message hit #1 and follow prompts to take your number off the call list

They keep calling.  I just followed the comment above about hitting #1 and following prompts.  That purports to be the only step necessary to get you off their advertising call list.  Hope it works.

I called the number back.  I got the option the take my number off.  The adds are from citibank credit cards.  Thanks for this website.

These people have called my house and won't answer, and then they have continued to call several times, when I'm not home and leave no messages!!!!

Quit calling me

Same as all the other complaints. They call everyday at 5pm and no one is on the other end that you can tell do not call me again. Driving us crazy ...

I have been getting this phone call for a couple of months now and it is quite annoying and stupid. Maybe if a person was at the other end they will stop calling because this is the stupidest thing ever. When prompted for my name and address I said to have a real live person on the line. I am not going to give out personal information to a fricken phone number. That is inviting identity theft.
I called the number back and got a ludicrous long options menus. Why cant these stupid companies have an option where we can voice our displeasure at them being so rude and stupid.

call citi bank I did and chew on butt for 20 min yipe feel better now and got number taking off call list. if everyone would do the same maybe citi bank will get the hint about unwanted calls.......

I finally called 877=507-2031 and was prompted to give name, address to a machine, then my phone number will be off citicreditcards calling list, in 30 days. We'll see. Now I'll probably get all the junk in the mail. Oh well, at least maybe the phone calls will stop.
