turn them in... they are threating, rude, lie, try to get personal information.  If I have debt send me the bill.  They say that is against rules....what does that mean.  They want my social and checking account number or they will arrest me...That is funny..if I owe a bill they should have my ss #.

I use to work for an internet loan company almost 4 years ago and for 2 years these people called our customers and got 10's of 1000's of dollars from them with threats of jail, court, etc...the only difference in the call I recv'd and the ones the customers recv''d is that the person calling me was American...send me papers via mail if its legit...you won't get [***] from me without proof!

Trying to prove the creditability of this contact person.  Received a message that was left at the switchboard of my employers today stating that they were going to subpoena me if I didn't return their call within the hour.  The contact person’s name is Tina and the number that was left only leads me to these sites stating all these complaints.  I am pretty sure that should this be a legit attempt to collect a debt, they just violated some consumer act or something.  I don't know what this is regarding, nor can I locate a business address for them.  Anyone help me out before I call this number back

u shouldnt take out loans if u dont plan on paying them back

I got served by a lady name Robyn lee who told me to contact that number so if its fraud I have a court date coming up
