You are right about this guy and his fake business.  What a low life to hassle neighbors!  Thanks for the personal info on him.  If he dares to come up to my job and bother me, I will gladly do the same at his family's places of business. LOL

Got postcard from Capitol Couriers asking to call them at this number re; 'Special insured delivery" Called, was asked when I would be home.  Got suspicious, so Googled. Found street address for them 1406 W Salinas, San Antonio. Google map/pic shows a small ratty house with bail bond banner across from.  So am guessing previous posts are correct in that this is a processor looking to serve my roommate with papers.

He's trying to serve you with court papers!

I don't know why he would want to serve me any papers.

Because he is an extortionist and wants to scare you into paying him money.
