My wife got the same thing.  I figured it was a phishing attempt, but called just to see who answered.  It's a cheap automated system that asks for your account number and gives no other options.

Got this just seconds after texting Mcdonalds game card.

Got two text messages in a row. Anyway to block this number from texting me?

a crook is at work here.

Got this text.  Your crad starting with 457287 has een deactivated.  Please contact us at 877-539-1561 to reactivte.

I received two messages, one mentioned that my card was deactivated and I should call that number. But knowing that this is a scam, I wanted to know who they are, so I used a public phone and called, an answering machine said that it was disconnected. This morning at 5 am I received another text, the number began with 800 and the message was talking about community CU alert!
