Charter One Bank. I have a checking account with them--I think it is a sales call.

It's Charter One. They are calling to get you to activate your new Visa card. It's not a scam or sales call.

The call is for a survey from Charter One Bank wanting to know about a recent banking visit. I called the # back & talked to a customer service rep & had my # put on a do not call list from them & they gave me a confirmation # in case of a call back. The cust. service rep. was real nice & polite & hopefully took care of this. Was worth the call back to stop the calls.

This # keeps calling I the early morning and late evening each day! Extremely annoying
