dont know who they are was wondering if any other people might know any help would be great

They are some sort of collection agency.

These dudes think they are slick by telling you they are from the county. They are from Riverside CA. and trying scare tactacs. I was once served with a complaint and settled with an agency such as this.

They called me, they are HGG, formally RCG and they are trying to bully people into paying debts that aren't theirs.  Don't respond to their bullying.

These people called and told me that they were the "Prosecutors Office" and need to speak with me regarding a personal complaint against me. . . when I called, this is a collection agency trying to collect on my ex-husbands debt. . .

Isn't this against the law. . .?

Received call from HGG about a credit card back  5 years ago from Bk of Delaware which I never applied for.  Also was threatened by having papers served in 24hrs. Not professional at all in demanding me to have the money ready.!!  They could not give me any pertinent info about this acct.
