Called my cell, left no message.

Wachovia is involved in a class action suit.  As part of the process, they have promised to help with "modifications".  Even though, we have asked for a mod and we were turned down because we are not late and we are employed, we keep on receiving calls, overnight letter, HUD notification, short sale process description,...  As a matter of the fact, Wells Fargo, has not converted our loan into a Wells Fargo account.  FYI, we have been a Wells Fargo Bank customer since 1989.

Bottom line, they are going to go in front of a judge pretending that they have tried to help people by calling,...Shame on you Wells Fargo!

Wachovia modified my 1st mortgage only AFTER I enlisted the help of a mortgage modification specialist. At the time, 3 months ago, I was told both my 1st and 2nd mortgage had been approved for modification.  I've called and have been told 3 times the 2nd mod. was approved. 3 months later I'm still waiting on the modification paperwork for the 2nd. The 1st one was taken care of right away.  So I am making payments on the 1st (Large) mortgage they are sending "Intent To Foreclose" notices, late payment notices in the mail, and of course being constantly harassed by phone calls for the 2nd mortgage which was suppose to have been approved.

I continually get calls on my cell phone from this number. When I try to answer it hangs up on me. If I ignore it no message is left. I get multiple calls over several hours every other day.

After attempted for 27 months to do a loan modification and being advised on several occassions that the paperwork was never received - I was turned down because I had 3 months of payments in my account and I am not late.  But, I had medical bills that I had to pay, I am self employed and they don't gave a dam!  Don't waste your time tring to deal with these so called people.  They are only trying to get your blood and your life - they don't care about you one bit!

Yes, they call you - you answer and no one is on the line - What's that about!???  So they can claim they called?

Yes, same scenario, they called, I said hello, they hung up. I added their number to my auto-reject list and I've moived on with my life :)

I keep getting calls at all hours of day and night from this number, They never leave a message. What is going on.

They told me they have called from WellsFargo and my home mortgage is due and I can pay it online. When I asked about the caller's name, he said he cannot tell me. I called WellsFargo and they checked the number and told me that the number is not from WellsFargo. They called several times and I filled a complain with "Do Not Call".

[ I rec a call on sunday when i called back the recording saids wells fargo open mon tru fri.]. I am 10 Days late on my first morg payment now . but i was 30 days once and I rec a intent to forclosure letter  what going on with these guys
