Just checking which bill collector I'm avoiding.

It is GMAC finance.

Any bill collector or telemarketer that calls me gets an extremely loud blast from an AIR HORN in their ear. I have an old Western Electric phone with the old type microphone on it that puts off an amazing amount of volume.
Enjoy the deafness and ringing ear you worthless scum.

Needless to say telemeters and bill collectors never call more than once, and those are now very few and far between.

I THINK IT IS A PART OF FRANK FALZONE AND ASSOCIATES-USING GMAC, SATELITE CABLE COMPANIES, CREDIT CARDS, ETC..TO GET PEOPLE TO PAY ON OLD OR PAST DEBTS, THAT HAVE BEEN ALREADY WRITTEN OFF!! NOW, THEY ARE TRYING TO RIP OFF THE CONSUMER. THEY BUY THESE OLD DEBTS, FOR CENTS ON THE DOLLAR AND PHONE HARRASS AMERICANS. THEY ARE VERY FRAUDULENT IN BUSINESS!! BE CAREFUL! AND DO NOT SUPPLY ANY INFORMATION TO THEM, AS THEY WILL STEAL UR IDENTITY OR JUST SIMPLY DEPLEAT ANY AND ALL BANK ACCOUNTS OR CREDIT CARDS!!

JW AND MM- THEY PRIMARLY USE GMAC AS A FRONT. BELIEVE ME THEY ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH GMAC AT ALL. THEY ALSO USE OTHER NAMES LIKE TIME WARNER CABLE, DISC SATELITE SERVICES, VERIZON WIRELESS, DELL, T-MOBILE, CREDIT CARD COMPANIES AND SO ON. THEY ARE VERY VERY FRAULENT-AGAIN!! DO NOT SUPPLY THEM ANY INFO., AS THEY WILL USE IT TO STEAL FROM U!! MAINLY UR IDENTITY!!

those who are pretending that they don't know the # really are scary; know why because they might have an acct associated with the # but just ignoring the call simply because they dnt have money to pay and worst case scenario they're simply running away.from their debt. funny.

It's ALLY, formerly GMAC.  If you are late or behind on payments this is the number who calls.  Anyone who says something else is simply wrong.  I didn't receive a bill one month and they came a calling.  I simply told them I sent a double payment with the following months bill and they haven't called since.  Seems simple enough to me, pay your bill and no more calls from crazy phone numbers.  I think everyone should join the craze and take some personal responsibility and pay your own bills, and don't rely on someone to take care of them for you.

Mickey Blue and Mrs. Smith - I am receiving these calls and I have never had an account with GMAC or Ally.  And I do pay my bills so I don't get calls from any bill collectors.

I have talked to them and told them to remove the number, but they don't stop.  And I have been hung up on several times when calling back or just trying to answer the phone.

Totally think this is some how a scam.  A legitimate company wouldn't act like this.

Bull.  I don't even have an account with these dirt bags, and they are hounding me, harassing, calling dozens of times/day, hanging up on me when I tell them to stop calling my number.  Take your judgmental declarations and grow a brain.  You don't know what you are talking about.

Absolutely correct.  They are doing the same thing to me.

I keep getting messages on my phone from this number. They say they are Allied Financial and they  are looking for William Pierce. There is no one by that name at this number. I think its a SCAM to get information from me.

Whatever happened to the right of privacy? These people are calling other people to get information about your account???

They called my old neighbor!! I did not give them my neighbors information, it just so happened that my brother was visiting at the time and he talked to them. They told him about "my business". He is not on the loan.

MY business is not anyone else's business. These creditors are crossing lines and I am sure that it is not legal.

Just calls and hangs up every day several times a day
