This number has called me claiming to be a process server, and I need to contact the legal department asap, I did not answer, it was a message, should I call them back?

My daughter got a call from a blocked number and they told her she had overdrawn a Wells Fargo debit card six years ago and that she owed 13 hundred dollars and that she needed to give them 5 hundred dollars immediately or they were taking her to court. They told her to.call 877 553 7922 to settle the debt. I called the clowns back and told them to Eat S--T and Die. Don't fall for this obvious scam. These punks should be ashamed of themselves as my daughter is a single mom supporting her child on her own

I didn't get a call from that number itself, but from 909-303-7522 out of California. They wanted a callback on 877-553-7922. A search reveals this to be "Southland Acquisitions", a debt collector. They called and left a message on MY phone for someone else. Someone obviously not me. When I called them back, they argued with me. No good deed goes unpunished, I guess.

I received a call from 515-961-1025 saying they had papers to serve me to go to court on  a credit card that I never had they told me to avoid going to court to call this number 877-553-7922 I had a friend investigate and It came up as a scam
