They keep calling me but I already paid! When I told them that they said pay off the card and hung up.

Already flagged as a telemarketer.  Best Buy debt collector but you have to research them on Google on Spoke to find out.  

I called the number back after reading these reviews they wanted my personal info. I said no I seen ratings online about this number. He said he couldn't help me without giving my personal info.

Getting called by this number at least 5 times a day, 7 days a week.  I refuse to call it back, as it's always an automated message.  My balance is $0 (have checked online account, even!), so I don't know why they keep calling, other than I missed a payment ($25) before paying off the total of $105 that I owed them.

I'm tired of these hang up calls. I finally called the number back this morning and asked to be removed from their list even though I'm already on the do not call registry. She said it was Best Buy card services. I don't even have a Best Buy credit card. I asked her again to stop calling, and she said no, they won't stop. What? I mean, what's the point? Even if she were calling for a legitimate reason, hang up calls don't serve any purpose other than to harass someone.

I made a typo.  Typing too fast, I guess.  Spoke should have been Spokeo.  I now Google and Spokeo all unidentified numbers.  Turns up more info, FYI, to do both.

Wow, even after setting up a payment after my next check with Best Buy they still harassing me over the date. Why can't they be happy with the information posted to the account?

I get called by this number literally 6-10 times a day. My entire caller ID is this number. Freakin' annoying...

this number has been calling my cell  phone twice a day, I never had a credit card from best buy. Its a reverse toll caller.

Best Buy has the worst customer service EVER.  Even when it's their fault they want to screw over the consumer and then charge fees, then promise to remove them, which they don't usually do.  

Use the app Mr. Number if on cell phone, you can configure it to automatically hang when they call....

Best Buy - I called the number and asked them not to call me; they still call my cell once or twice a day.
It proves that Best Buy have insecure (messed) computer system, including credit cards.
No more shopping at Best Buy

I am also getting calls 7 days a week from 7am-8pm. I never purchased from bestbuy if this is who it is, can't get info on this number on 877 reverse look up without paying for it, rip off and I'm sick of it, shut my ring off last weekend, caller ID full 53 calls so far from this number

I missed this call to my cell phone. After reading the comments above, I confused. I do not have/want a Best Buy card, only their points reward zone card. My cell number is not attached to this reward card, only my husband's. I wish they'd call back. I love to irritate spam callers!
