No message,  calls 2 or three times a day.... very annoying

Call - never leave message - several times

Automated message saying they're from Citibank calling about a card that I don't have. Calls atleast twice a day.

This number involves a scam.  They say they can lower the interest rate on your credit card.  They ask for your card number and social security number.  When you ask which credit card they are referring to, they hang up.  It is a toll free number and cannot be searched in a reverse phone book.

Call starts about 8:30 a.m. to as late as 10:30 p.m., this is very annoying.  They never leave a message.

Yeah, this is an automated call telling me about my citicard which I don't have.  They call as early as 730am every day of the week...which especially pisses me off since I work night and I'm only just getting to bed at 5am.  And on the weekends when I actually get to spend some time with my wife, I don't appreciate being woken up that early.

All attempts to call this number result in an automated line asking for account info.  Since I don't have the card they're asking about, I don't trust it, eeven if they do claim to be citicard.

they are refering to a Goodyear Tire card.... CitiBank is the backin bank

I receive calls from this number 3 to 5 times a day; it says Toll free call on the caller ID and I don't answer calls unless they identify themselves.  They also do not leave a message.

Receive 4-5 calls a day, everyday...  Says 'toll-free' on caller ID...  Never leaves message...  Very annoying and ignorant!

Report these calls to the FCC, the link is below.  It is the only way to get these telemarketers\scam atrists to stop. Or google the FCC, that's how I got the link.
I've done this several times now.  It is annoying, and once one is shut down, they start with another number.
This call cam in om my cell phone, and I didn't answere it, didn't know the number or area code.

There are some many calls that it is incredible. They call day, afternnon, evening, and night. They are lack of respect for the privacy of others. I am tired of.

This is a scam. If anyone is foolish enough to give their credit card number to ANYONE who calls on the phone, then shame on them!

A series of "machine gun" type calls were received where the phone would ring a couple times, then stop, to be immediately followed by another phone call.  Attempts to answer phone resulted in dead air with no one at caller's end.  As soon as the phone was hung up, it would begin ringing again.  This went on for 25-35 back-to-back calls.  The telephone line that is receiving the calls is attached to an answering machine that answers after two rings.  The anwering machine is attached to this line for just this reason.

As others have observed, the calls from this phone number are a scam.  

I verified with CitiCards that this is not one of their contact phone numbers.  In addition, from my experience, CitiCards will not call and leave ambiguous recorded information like this.
