I contacted this company back after a "Lucas Miller" left several messages on my mother's phone.  When I finally reached Lucas, he informed me that I was needed for a deposition in reference to one of my old co-workers.  Lucas refused to tell me what Mike, my ex co-worker did, he just wanted to schedule a time for us to meet.  I remember reading an article about Mike in the county press about 6 months ago, but can’t remember whether it was in reference to tax problems or some sort of financial violation.

Lucas Miller has left me several messages on my machine.  He has important information and if i could call him.  He doesn't leave much but he's name and phone number. I was told by my neighbor NOT to trust caller.  Delete message!!!!

This number appeared on our CID today. We had been receiving harassing calls from Imperial Recovery Partners which went on for about 6 weeks. During that time we contacted the state attorney general's office & filed an official complaint. The calls have pretty much stopped but now a pattern of one call every Friday seems to be emerging. Last week it was a different number.

Also received a call from one "Lucas Miller" indicating he needed to speak with me about a deposition, etc...only details were his name and number.  Deleted VM and will not return his call. Probably good advice for everyone.

I get messages from these people all the time.  Today I finally called back not 45 seconds after the message was left.  Lucas was in a meeting (sure he was!) but the guy that answered said he could talk to me.  I proceeded to tell him to take my number off his list and not to call again.  He asked me if I was so-and-so (happened to be the person who had my number before, who HAD to have been in BIG TIME financial trouble), I told him I was not and I did not know her.  He told me they were not a telemarket and he didn't have to listen to me talk like that and to call back when I learned to speak to people!!! LOL!!!  Funny also, they called again tonight, left message.  Again I called right back, an automated voice told me that I had reached them after hours and gave me the hours to call back between!  They can call me at 8:00 in the evening but I can't contact them!??!  Hummmmm. . .

This guy just called "Lucas Miller" from the same number.. Looks like a scam.. DONT CALL THEM

I have received multiple messages from this number 877-588-0801 asking I contact Lucus Miller-I called and the woman who answered would not tell me what "Imperial Recovery Partners" does-if I gave her my number she would tell me why I received a call.  I did not give my number - this is just some scam!

I have been getting the same message from  Lucas Miller and will not call back because I have been reading the posts. I can tell this is a scam. I will contact the Attorney General as well.

Imperial Recovery Partners, LLC - You may know them better as Regent Asset Management. You know, the company that was recently sued by the Colorado Attorney General for collecting without a license, that collects debts that don't exist, that calls people (who don't have debts) and threatens to throw them in jail if they don't give up their money.  If you get a call from them or someone calling himself Tom Parker, hang up the phone.  If you have already given your bank account to them, alert your bank immediately.  They have been calling from the following numbers: 1-866-351-9793 and 1-877-519-5039. Also note that this company is not affiliated with Imperial Recovery out of Lexington, KY.

Keep receiving calls from lucas miller and a Keving stating "im calling in regards to "someone you know".....sounds totally shady, any person that is in need of important information will leave more information. Calls are annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recieved a message from Lucas Miller asking about proprietary information about someone I know and that he is in the office today to take my call.  Considering that the call was a recording and after 7:30 central time leads me to believe that it is a scam.  I am NOT calling back.

I received this same message and when I called back I found that I was being sued over some property damage I did when I was 21. i couldnt believe thjat this finally caught up with me. I would recommend that you think twice if you think this is a scam becasue I recived my court summons!!!!!!!!!!

This moron, is calling a Co Phn.. In which my name is not shown on the CID.. Same Pitch i was given as all of you on this Blog. This Idiot dosn't know whom he is calling, but continues with his pitch anyway..
they will not reveal any substance on the message left, This is not an Attorney, This is a Telemarketing
crook.. who has years of collection experiance. whom obtained old debt information from thousands of
people Via call lists.. He is scamming for Money. Never Ever return calls like this!eventually they will go
away because they have crossed you off the list. If they obtained your Cell NO. or home No. than they
should have your mailing address and send you notification in writing thats the Law.you have the right
to see things in writing and have an opportunity to contest the said debt and investigate. If you never
receive any Mail from this Jerk than you know it is a SCAM!!!!!

I to got called by the same Lucas guy. They were looking for my uncle and I came to find out it was some sort of process server. I told my uncle and he seemed quite concerned.

i got a call from Gary Hollow its the same number as you guys have been putting on here i just havent seen the name Gary Hollow so i figure id let you know about a new name they are using

This guy has been calling for months.  I have no debt.  The same automated voice calls and he goes by Mr. Yardley, Mr. Schwartz, Mr. Bogarth, Terry Freeman and a bunch of other names.  Now he's Gary Howell (Hollow).  Initially, his messages were more "imperative" and "demanded" my attention.  They always included a date and that he would be in the office until 6pm.  As Terry Freeman his message went like this:

"Good morning, this is Terry Freeman.  I've received a matter of yours in our office that requires your immediate response.  My intensions are to verify some location information on this matter and try to un-delute some of the conflicting facts that are currently present.  I'll be in the office until roughly 6pm central standard time.
I need you to contact me since I cannot divulge proprietary information on your voice mail. You can reach my office at 877-519-6039 again that numbers 877-519-6039.
When you call just ask for Terry and they'll ring you through directly into me.  I'll talk to you soon and thanks for your time in advance. "

As Gary he says:

"Hey it's Gary Hollow. I'm contacting you because I still have a file in my office that I need to verify some location information on. It's regarding someone you know and there's some conflicting facts that are currently present in the file but I cannot leave proprietary information on your voice mail. So it would be best for you to contact my office back so that we can review this together. The number you can reach me at is 877-588-0801.  Again that's 877-588-0801.  I'll be available today to take your call so just ask for Gary and we can get this wrapped up.  Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you soon."

I keep getting calls from these guys. It has gotten to the point that I had to call them back just to see what the deal was. They never leave the name of the company or who they were looking for. Once i finally picked up the phone and called them back i came to find out that it was about a recall that ws done on a truck I no longer own. I dont know whaty they left the message they did but Im just glad that they would take the time to inform me.
