877-591-7632

February 23, 2011   Has anyone received any calls from 877-591-7632?  We suspect this to be a 3rd party debt collection agency called Imperial Recovery Partners. They have been harassing us with calls since thie middle of January, 2011. Other numbers they have used are; 877-486-2692, 877-490-2798, 877-481-1143, 877-475-1339, 877-481-1140, ext.1313. Names of callers were; Henry Owens, Elijah Hawk, ?somebody? Evans, "Jackson", Henry or Harry Hay, Shannon White.

For the record, we have no debt. Yet this has been quite the "cat and mouse" game! If anyone has received a call from this new 591-7632 number I would appreciate knowing if you've discovered who it is. At this point there is no way we will answer to this number. A randomly given reward is far more reinforcing than a consistently given one!

I received this call on a phone that was activated just moments before and it was from "Franklin" who said he had proprietary information that he could not leave on a voicemailbox.  It sounded very mechanical and not human-like.

This is a phishing scam. The best thing to do is to report it to your state attorney's general office. Do not under any circumstances give them any information.

I have been getting messages from this number for the last three days in a row. They say they have conflicting information on someone I know. I don't know anyone with conflicting information, and if I did I would not give it to a stranger over the phone. And he said it was information he could not leave on a answering machine.
