The calls I get from this number are identical to ones I've recieved from 877-591-7730.  Check out the comments for that number.  Dozens of people are getting harressed by these scammers.  Don't call them back.

Got called from that number today.  Called back, in one way glad I did, founf out that they knew what bank that I use, my name, phone number, and part of my social security no.  They use several different phone numbers also and several alliases,  However would like to know how they knew my name, phone number, and bank also part of SS no, since I do not give that info out.

Voice recording (ILLEGAL IIRC) telling me to call a "Mr Freeman" before 6pm or some type of legal "action" will be taken against me.

Came from REGENCY ASSET MANAGEMENT at 1-877 591 7732.

Called back after having the phone put down on me repeatedly, I got some women asking for Jeanette (???) told her i was there was no one her of that name, nor any woman of any name as i was gay! She couldn't handle the rejection and hung up.

Oh and if you *67 your number they can still tell what number you are calling from.

Got a call from this scam artist collection agency. They are very evasive about what they're calling about. I filed a complaint with Jerry Brown's office, Attorney General ofCalifornia. Also with Calif. Consumer Affairs for harrasment. They are located in Las Vegas @:

Make sure you file a complaint with your Attorney General and Consumer Affairs. These people are violating your rights!

I had a phone call from these people also and it was recorded on my machine first one I had from them. I will not erase it just yet.
I typed up the message and made copies of it. Took one to my lawyer and went to my bank with a second one. While there the lady I showed it to took it to the bank fraud manager who was nearby, she called these people and they claimed it was about a lawsuit against CMF Technologies and they would take my number off the list. I sincerely doubt this stry they gave her but they had to come up with something when a bank fraud manager is calling them. I haven't heard back from my lawyer yet but I am sure he will look into it. Comments were made by the bank ladies about the message being intimidating to  the person receiving it.
Good luck to anyone who follows through doing the same, I was also advised to watch my accounts and if I get another call to report it to the police department.
For all the good it does I am on the do not call list as well.

Call received and recorded on 10-16-2010 at 7:PM number 877-591- 7732 Toll Free Call.

Hello, This is Mr. Novack my office is currently closed and will reopen on Monday October eighteenth Two Thousand ten during regular business hours, however it is imperative that you listen to this message in it’s entirety and correspond during business hours. A file of yours was transmitted to my office prior to today’s date that you are possibly (plausibly) unaware of, I have appointed one of intermediaries to contact you in reference to this matter, I have been informed that they have left numerous messages on this recorder and you have continued to fail and neglect to correspond, due to the unsuccessful attempts I will have to advance forward with the assessment process if you fail to contact me during regular business hours Monday through Friday of the coming week the eighteenth to the twenty second of  October two thousand and ten at 877-591-7732. Again your input and participation is essential but I will move forward without your input. When you contact my office please ask to speak to Mr. Novack or my administrative assistant. Thank you for your time in advance and I look forward to your call in the coming week

Called # back and was repeatedly automatically disconnected.  Unable to actually talk to anyone.

I got the exact same message on Sunday the 17th at 12:15 pm. Have never returned the calls - this is my second one. Very intimidating voice on the other end. Funny how the person they're leaving the message for is never addressed by name.

I got the same threatening message (2nd time in about a week). The first time was at my home phone and the second time on my cell phone. I have submited a complaint to my state's attorney general and kept the message as well as made a copy of it in case I am asked to forward the recording.

I have been repeatedly called by the same number from a "Mr. Stanley" threatening to move ahead with the "assessment process" if I do not provide input. However, my name is never used. I have no unresolved debts though people who lived here before me over 3 years ago have. Their website - ramsna.com - refers to various robo-calling techniques that they use including one called "predictive calling" which kind of sounds like guessing that they might hit on something rather than having definite information giving them a reason to call your number. Perhaps not only the attorney general in the state you are in should be called, but the attorney general in Colorado where they are headquartered as well or in Arizona where they have their "call center".

Update: I previously mentioned that they called my home phone. Actually it was a different company. I called that other company back with the reference number they gave and it turned out they were looking for someone else and promised to remove me from there list.

As for the message I got on my cell phone today, it stated that it was a "Mr. Stanley". Some seem to think this company is in Nevada, calling from Las Vegas. Where ever they are calling from; it needs to be stopped!

Voice message left using a threatening voice that a call must be made to a Mr. Stanley or his administrative assistant by Monday November 1st and no later than November 5th or else something legal will happen. I told my husband it was a scam. Not to worry and erased the message.

I got a recording from this number telling me to call it late Sunday afternoon. To call them during the week Monday Thu Friday during there working hour. Or they will continue with what ever they are doing. I called the number back to hear the company's name and got a woman telling me that they were not here. No name of a company no anything. I hope they can find out who ever is doing this and stop it.

I got the exact same message but the name was Mr Stanley....blah blah blah!  I was not happy to receive such crap!

Just received the same message from Mr. Stanley. Told to call him on Nov. 1st during regualar business hours.

I got the Mr. Stanley message. Right at 9PM while I was watching the world series. Again, did nor reference my name or state what the call was for while insisting I call them on Monday. I do not owe anything and all of my debts have been paid off for over 5 years.

Got a call last Saturday, October 30, an automated call looking for a person that I dont know and left a threatening message to call Mr Stanley on Nov 1 or legal procedures will be taken.  Called today, spoke to John and informed him that this is the second request I am doing to have my number taken out of their system.  I requested to talk to a supervisor and he said no that I cant and just hanged up on me.  I called the other number to trick him and he just said hello and when I identified myself he hanged up again.  Lets mess this place up and tie up their phone lines by constantly calling them.

I just received a VERY similar call name was different but the rest almost spot on

I have recieve this message from this phone num and it is always a recording and threating that if I don't call them during bussiness hours they will take the matter further.
I decided to look up the number and I see all this that other people have gotten from the same number is there a way to stop the harrasing phone I just hang up.
