I got a call from this number around 8pm saying that it was an important call from a Ron Kennedy and I needed to return the call before 7pm ... Sounded recorded but with the recorded tone. Seems like a scam

I got called by some guy from that number asking if someone by the name of Ron Kennedy was here, just like you Jeremy.

I received the same message...apparently a scam because I don't give out my cell number.

Ron Kennedy called me ... AGAIN. Doesn't give the name of the person "he's" looking for - only a general description of his intent. He apparently got some files in regard to something about me even though I've never heard of this person and have no pending anything ... no loans, no "court actions". Just wish there was a way to make this "person" stop bugging me.

So my story is i had a US bk savings acct, that had a 0 balance, when i moved they changed my checking acct address but not that savings , so US bk sent out a statement on the savings with the 0 balance and the statement was returned. They then charged me 5 dollars, then 8 dollars a day till the balance reached 315.00 (never contacting me, though i bank there in the office all the time since its close to where i work), then sold the acct to Regions Assett Mangement. When they first contacted me i was like no way i owe this, so i immediatly contacted my branch!! They told me about sending the statement to the wrong address, it being sent back, and charging me all the fees. After talking to tons of US bk people the agreed to buy the collection back, and charge it off as a bank error. Anyhow the bank told me they did that but i continue to get threating calls and be harrased by this company for this acct, that in no way shape or form should have ever been sold off to them!!! Good luck with anyone who gets calls from these people, i've had tons of 3 way calls with them, me and the bank and still i get calls!

I closed my account with us banck had my direct deposit go to another institution, because US Bank charges $8.00 per day that you have 0 balance in your account.
I too was not informed of this until after the charge of $8.00 per day reached over $300.00.

Pretty sad that a US FICA Bank runs these kind of Scams. I have simply had to completely ignore them.

If you have a checking OR savings account at US Bank you must have a balance in your account of over $0.00. OR you will be charged $8.00 per day penalty fees.
