I called this number back asking what company it was.  She refused to give me the company name.  When she left a message on my phone she mentioned a case number.  I don't think I have any collection account.  If they were calling from a collection agency I'm sure she would have identified the company.  When she picked up the call it was just "hello" and no company name.  I think this is a scam.

Each member of my family received a call from this number (on our cellphones) and the man was looking for a Rogelio Castillo, and we have no idea who that is. The man would not say what company he's from, just said that they are tracking a Rogelio Castillo because of a case. He said that his name is Mr. Garcia.

wow I just got the same call but my sister recieved it, they were looking for me she didn'y give them my number he said he had to serve me with papers for court. Whats weird is she has a totally different name then me so im a little confused.

Please let me know what came of this.

You guys are pathetic. Over here crying because you owe money and someone is calling you. Do you know what happens when you don't pay what you owe? You get sued. Then they take it out of your check or your bank account. Just pay what you owe and stop crying.
