A lady called asking for a woman I told her she had the wrong number she asked why did i reply yes when she asked for that person, i said i didnt check your recording told her not to call back and she did, i google the company and got nothing

Does not leave a message, but has called 5 times in 7 days.

Company name is Real Time Solutions. Apparently they purchase debt from companies and then try to collect. My debt was transferred to them from Litton Loans, my 2nd mortgage company. Not sure if you knew, but 2nd Mortgage companies are $hi% out of luck trying to collect if there's a 1st mortgage on your home. The 1st mortgage must be satisfied (Paid in Full) in order for them to collect on the lien. Unless they are willing to pay it off, they have nothing to collect on. The only stipulation to this is if you have substantial equity in your home. They could choose to pay off the 1st, sell the hoe and get their money. Mosy American's do NOT have enough equity in their home for this to occur.

These clowns continually call my home and work,i don't know this person they're asking for and have asked them not too call anymore,but they keep on.This is very annoying,but try to stop them.

My phone didn't ring but there was a VM. The person was whispering so low I could hardly hear them. They said my last name and they had an important message for me. I paid off all debt 2 years ago so I could buy my house I have no outstanding debt so idk why they are calling me. Oh well delete!
