Left message saying someone filed a complaint against me. No company name given. Girl speaking is yawning through the whole spew!

Same - someone supposedly has a complaint against me. The number came is a Restricted. Boo hiss on this. Can't make out what company he said it was...something and media accounting

This woman Rebecca Martin left a threating message saying someone filed a complaint against me and she wanted to make sure I was home to receive a summons. She left messages on my brothers and sisters voicemails. She called me again on a block number. I spoke to her and said I don't owe anyone anything and if she called me again I would press charges for harassment. I have not heard from her since. This happened 01/11/2017. This is bogus!!!

These bottomfeeders buy old collection debts and use scaretactics by saying that theyre suing you in court. I had a paid debt from 8 years ago that they're trying to collect on. They called my son, sister, and mother. Said there was a summons for court and I was being sued. Brian  told me that I needed to hire Johnny Cochran to defend me when they sued me in court. That was the best laught of the day. You really can't make this stuff up.

Lady called and said they were taking me to court in the county I live in. Sounds great but they are not real and are using scare tactics! Ignore them!

Got a call from a "no caller id" and this was the callback number.  Something about a complaint against a "Daniel" but I dont have a Daniel in my family at all.  I called back and she took this number off the account.  Seems very weird.

Said they were with Ashland Council Partners. Threat tactics. Gave me one name of bank and then chaneed the name and I said which is it and she said they are the same.

No caller ID so sent it to voicemail

“This message is an attempt to reach Miss Sharon [last name] file number DA 250864 I'm contacting you in reference to a complaint that is been forwarded to my office and registered against you if you do wish to discuss the pending action set maybe file you will need to contact the firm in control of this matter at phone number 877-601-1047"

I've had my number for almost 15 years.  There is no Sharon in my family or in my extended family.  There were sounds of a call center in the background and the caller paused several times to refer to their script.

Nicole banks called from this number to my brother asking about a court summons,from a bank,i called and they said i had an account opened up like 8 years ago,funny thing i was in jail when the account was opened,when i said that she hung up on me

Called and said i was being served with papers (sued). Could not give me case number or any other info. Demanded payment. Total scammers that purchase old debt that is past the statute of limitations

This woman named Rebecca call me and tell me to call some number 877-601-1047  and saying that my own money on some credit card from compas bank I never had a credit card from compass Bank this call is a fraud

I just received a call exactly the same as everyone above. She mentioned my name but no other information as to who the company she worked for was, what was the lawsuit regarding, nothing. I was afraid for 5 minutes until I read all the messages above detailing the exact thing. I will be contacting them letting them know I will proceed with legal action if they contact me again.

Message left on my home phone from a restricted number claiming to be looking for my son. Message said he needed to call immediately regarding a complaint filed against him blah, blah, blah. Too bad the son they are looking for is in jail. They should call the jail and ask to speak to him.

Called the number after reading all of these comments.  Asked who they were.  They guy said he was just the receptionist.  I asked the name and he said Ashford Litigation.  I asked where they were located and he said California.  I asked what city...and he said he couldn't divulge that information.  Then he asked me for my name...so I told him unless he could verify this was a legit business, I could not divulge that information.

Called about my husband "case". Called me, my husband, his kids, his sister, his niece and nephew. Even called his ex-wife! Now the calls are coming so fast our phones are unusable.  I am pissed!! What can we do to stop this harassment?

Total bogus and there should be some way to get to them BBB and file a class action lawsuit and really go after them. We need to get a address some businesses identification which I could not get. I am going to the better business bureau and I am going after them. As I move forward I will need your assistance, When my attorney contacts you, you will have a contact number and address this is harassment and needs to be in check. Surprise they messed with the wrong person and I am coming for them.
