This person said i owed money to Quest! What the hell? Quest have my bank account why does not they charge me directly?

I keep getting a call from this number - after doing some research on the web, they appear to be ER solutions - collecting for Qwest - which I find hilarious, since I don't owe Qwest a dime.  They have called my office number several times.  At one point I asked them point blank to stop bothering me at work - guess what?  They still call.  I have asked them repeatedly what they want, but they keep asking for my SSN.  I am not giving that out to anybody.  The last time they called and i talked to them, I laughed at the girl and told her "good luck, honey.  After this, I wouldn't give your company the crust off my a**."

so its ok for them to violate a contract and get away with it but if i do i owe money I don't think so. If Qwest breaks it they don't get anymore of my money and if they want me to go to court well cya there, oh and bring the recording with you

This is ERS a collection agency that Qwest and others use. I've told these nut cases that I already arranged with Qwest to pay them $10/month for the next 10 months (which I've been doing for the past 5 months, and Qwest has been cashing the check, so why did they go to a collection agency for $50?? @$$ wipes)

This is ERS. I have an unpaid account with them. After being laid-off with no income now, I have contacted them many times but they are not willing to work with me for alternate payment arrangements. Now they are just pests - I do not answer when this phone number appears on my Caller ID. I do not answer calls that show Caller IDs of 800- or local numbers I do not recognize or "no name".

I just got a new phone # at work.  However, the most voice mail I get is from this 877-606-6800 phone #, saying they are looking for a person named "Seth".  It is getting annoying.

This is the biggest group of dumb ignorant idiots one web site can hold... There would be no need for collection agencies. Here is my argument. WHy do collection agencies call? Because people do not pay their bills. Therefore what would stop collection agencies from calling? People paying their bills. Start at the root of the problem and work your way up.

I downloaded a Reverse Caller ID first, so I could identify debt collecters & scammers.  Then, downloaded a Call Blocker. When they call, I do not answer. I then I.D. them...and permanently BLOCK their Calls!!  Simple.  The fools keep trying to call but the call won't go through

Calls Twice a day, no message  at all. I just looked at this website and notice a company called Quest? never heard of them?

Many agencies that say they are collection companiesa nd they are scamers.
Example : i paid my Comcast bill in full months ago, I received a collection bill, CValled Comcastand went nuts! they checked and said i owed nothing and they never sent a bill to collections.  I called that SOB person back and  told them I was meeting with my Attirney to report them of frud and reporting them to the FBI as well.

They never called me back..

Thisis want happend when you let in all of the illegals with no job skills , but they do no how to screw people over and scam them. They set up these roming offices and  just go to town.

I understand ER Solutions to be a collection agency for Qwest.  I have NEVER been a customer of Qwest or any of it's subsidiaries.  They call my Cell at least once a day.  I have yet to answer.

I have been getting these calls daily. Twice already today and it isn't even noon yet. I am not now, not have I have I ever been a customer of Qwest. And since Qwest is a cable company (though not in my area) I checked my cable provider and I am up to date on my cable bill. They never leave a message. Comes up as "United States" on my caller ID. The only thing I know about this company is what I read on this forum.

Well ignorance is bliss, when these people called me I led them to tell me what the purpose of the call was and for what company it was for. I have no dealings with Qwest and when I challenged them they immediately ended the call. So I can then assume you have had financial problems and paid everything on time and have the best credit rating allowed? The root of the problem will always remain when predatory lending is allowed and unregulated.

let it go to voice mail and only got "Kathleen".  Figure its a scam or debt collector for the person "Kathleen"  whoever that is.

Looking for a grown child that hasn't lived here for years.  Obnoxious recordings.
