As a consumer/corporate advocate I had a consumer reach out to me for help regarding a fraudulent charge she had received on her EppiCard that was related to this number. I called the number, spoke with a customer service representative and her charges have been cancelled. The number is a billing help and support center so they represent a number of different companies. The rep had no idea which company the charge was from, but she did cancel the charge for the customer. I was informed it could take 7-10 to get the refund or possibly up to a month, depending on the bank and billing cycle of the company involved. I received a confirmation number of the cancellation for the consumer so she can verify the cancellation. I work with a bank and a customer filed a claim with us stating that they got a charge for $149.95. I called the phone #listed and was on hold for a while but I was able to speak with a rep and with the customer on the phone I was able to get a refund for the customer. The merchant said that there they are just a processor and there is no information on the charge where it's from or what it's for.

It has been 10 days for me and no credit has been issued to my bank account. I find it suspicious that the customer service people can't tell me the name of the company who charged my account.  I called the listed number today and was hung up on twice as I was on hold.
