Don't know who this number belongs to but they have been calling every day for awhile now.  They never leave a message and I'm not calling them back.

They say they are Advanta.

Advanta Corporation.  Bill collector for the Advanta VISA that was discontinued in 2009.  Company is not honoring credit interest rates as originally established and is very aggressive in attempting to collect any balance THEY think is still due.

I get a call from this number daily with a computer on the other end saying to hold and I will be connected shortly.  I actually held today to give them a piece of mind (my theory is if you need to talk to me, then have a real person!!! call me), but was told no one was available and they would try back later.  AAAGGGHHH!  When looking online, someone said this was a collection agency, but I have no accounts in collection, so I have no idea why they keep calling. Let 'em keep dialing, I won't be answering.

877 630 5819 called me over 30 times last week and hung up each time i answer the phone. i believe it is advanta credit card collector , i am sick and unable to pay my bills ,i have been paying off one card at a time but i will never pay these [***] one dime,  ive told them not to call  and that i dont do buisness over the phone but they continue to harrass me. i understand i am able to sue collectors for harrassment,i am going to get a phone that records my calls on a printout and sue these pricks they are really affecting my health

This is Advanta for sure they are calling about Visa payments.  Thier interest rate is at 34.99%.  Was 7.9% when account was closed.  Never late, never missed a payment until the ridiculus rate change for no reason.  Now the number is just one to be ignored forever.  34.99% really??

Send them a "Cease and Desist" letter. They will then have to stop calling you.

How do you send a Cease and Desist number? They keep calling me over and over like 6 times per day. It's so annoying.

Advanta.  Advanta has the WORST accounting system in the world, AND they are in receivership being closed by the feds.  My experience is that they will change the address for where the payments are going on a frequent basis and then can't properly record payments received.
The phone number is an auto-dialer and for some reason they dial and there is no one that gets the call to actually speak to the person that has just been dialed (since it is operated by the federal government at this point in time, the person who was supposed to be there to man the phone probably hasn't shown up to work - but they are being paid with taxpayer funds anyway) and no one was smart enough to have a system to make sure that they have staff before turning the auto-dialer on.  
Best solution is to list the number and block it on your lines.

I had a credit card with ADVANTA for several years and faithfully paid my bills...which I pay through online banking.  I do not owe them anything and when I call back to see why I've received three calls between 8:25AM and 9:11AM I'm told that they can't see my records and that the department I need to speak to is closed and to call back next week.  In the mean time I continue to get these calls.

Don't waste your time calling this number back...they don't know anything.  Call instead 800-705-7255 and you'll speak to someone WHO DOES KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR ACCOUNT.

Advanta  CALLING ASKING FOR A PAYMENT. I HAD SENT A PAYMENT. THEY SAID NEVER ARRIVED. ? ?
MAYBE DAMAGED IN POSTAL TRANSIT ?   OTHER VENTORS PAYMENTS WERE SENT AT SAME TIME FROM POST OFFICE LOCATION DID ARRIVE  ON TIME.
