Was called from this number and was asked for my name and SS#.  Then was told this was my last notification. I have no idea what this person was talking about!  He talked so fast it was hard to understand him.  No doubt this is a scam!!

A detail a treatening message was left on my vice mail today by a man name Shawn.   Request Liza Cervantes call back to verify Social Security, addres and place of employment. Pending a ledigation matter to call 877 630-6491 and to clarified she's been officially notified. I called a very rude women answer phone request I ID myself gave her the file # Shawn has left for Lisa C. I refuse to ID myself she told me Lisa Cervantes had given them my phone number as relative.  Told her I do not know any one with that name & to be careful about their treatening messages.  I worked in collections and know my rights, By this time the women change her tone of voice & told me she'll make sure they do not call me again.
I asked her where I was calling she reply "MNS"

Got a call from this number and also a call placed to my parent's house. Same scenario as above. Reverse phone lookup shows this number belongs to a company named MNS. The caller identified himself as Sean. He sounded like a blathering idiot expecting people to follow his legalistic sounding fear mongering threatening instructions. Who in their right mind would agree to meet a stranger to sign documents neither of which they know anything about? I am going find out how to file a civil harassment complaint and would encourage all others to do the same.
