My first time to receive a call from this number. I don't pick up unfamiliar numbers, and this one was clearly from a business. There was no voicemail message.

This is the 2nd  cal from this number.

April 21, 2017 Friday @ 4:58 PM.  First time recv'd call from this #.  To be sure I decided to call this number & ONLY heard some weird clicks, but NO RINGS & then what seemed to be someone who had actually picked up my call -- but spoke NO WORDS --- and STRANGE -- sounded as if someone was listening -- but NOT saying a word.   Truly, this was VERY CREEPY WEIRD & SO I plan to report this # to the Special US Gov Agency who investigates & WARNS THEM that they could be FINED $25,000.00 FOR any further calls to my phone # --- as our family phone # is on the "National DO NOT CALL LIST".  I think this was an INTERLOPERS Call.

This number keeps calling everyday 2 -3 times everyday when I call the number no one answers

Same here. They called I said "Hello" (no response) so, I snapped my fingers into the phone to see if that would create a response, there was none. I returned the phone call, no one answered. Though, it dodnt ring into nowhere, it did technically pick up and I heard a weird sond almost like a beep or click. It's funny because I just attempted to call the FCC to make a statement for net neutrality. I wonder if this has ANYTHING to do with them because they're the ones that are supposed to regulate unwanted calls,  "Do Not Call" lists cetera....

Called me a little before 6 this morning. Why would anyone do that? Very annoying

My experience was exactly the same as new honey. Dangerous! Do not pick up the phone if they call you.

No message on my i-phone. Just there number. If phone numbers are not on my iPhone list. I DON'T ANSWER....

This is Health Net Medicare Program.   Health Insurance  I have never answered the phone calls but receive other information from them.
