Received a message from someone named Mr. Ford.  Stated that he was informing me that my drivers license was being suspended because I owe some payday place money.  I don't owe any pay day place any money.  When he was questioned he stated that he could not tell me where the loan originated and he couldn't tell me any other information.  He stated that he works for a big company that collects on loans and so he doesn't know who or what I owe.  Very strange.  Who are these people and where do they get personal information like phone calls and addresses.  Is there nothing that can be done about these people? Please help find out who these people are and how they can be stopped from calling.

Same type of call, going to revoke my state drivers license but would not tell me who I was supposed to owe or how much???? What type of collection agency doesn't know how much I am supposed to pay.

Received a voice message today from "Mr. Ford" with call back number 877-659-9628 saying he had received "wage garnishment order for 55%" of my wages and that if I wanted to stop it, I should call back. WHAT A SCAM !!!!!!!  I won't fall for it. Nothing but a scare tactic to extort money from ignorant people.

Today the caller was "Ms. McGarry" with call back number 877-659-9628. What a crock!!  They can pound salt until the end of the time with their attempts at extortion. They will never get a red cent from me. I won't fall for their scams.

Received call from Mr. Ford from 877-659-9628.  My mother made payment and when she realized what she had done she tried to cancel the payment but was unable to do so.  She called back and was told that Ms. Garrison would have to speak to the supervisor regarding this matter.  She has called all day and Ms. Garrison would not take the call and they said that she was not in the office but was meeting with her supervisor.  My Mother called at 12:30 and she was gone the rest of the day.  She called every hour after this and she was still meeting with her supervisor.  I do not thing so.  Do not pay anymoney to this company.  It is a scam.   If you owe anyone money,ask for fax confirmation of the details of the transaction.  They would be able to fax the information over showing the company you owe when the funds were deposited into your account and how much the deposit was suppose to be for.  Be very careful!!!  There are several people/companies trying to scam money.  If you have ever filled out an online application for a cash advance they have alot of your information.  Do not use any cash advance on line it will cause you more trouble than it is worth.!!

I received a call also.  The vm said that they have verified my employment and will start garnishing my wages unless I call this number and talk to a Mr. Woodward to set up a payment schedule.  What a joke.
