I received a charge of $9.99 on my cell phone bill from 99621 and I have been trying to get it taken off for two months now. I called Sprint and complained the first month and I thought they had taken care of it but when I received my next bill, there it was again. I called again and they gave me two code numbers, 23907 & 99621, with the phone numbers to call, which I did. One number is an automated number that talks you through a cancellation of their services. It didn't work, I continued to receive text messages. The other number had a very bad connection and the person spoke broken English so I don't know if I got through to her or not to cancel that service. If anyone files a class action suit, please let me know so I can put my name on the list. This is an evasion on my telephone without my permission and they should be stopped once and for all.

1-877-661-1136 charged me 9.99$.  i did call there number and said they would refund my money via check they said it would take 2 to 3 weeks, we will see if it happens or not i'll let you know.  and they said there would be no furture charges, we will see.  they don't play fair.

Received two 9.99 charges. Company is Top Logo or Fun Mobile or probably several other names.  Through a text message indicating that it is coming by recommendation from someone you may know, they apparently rope you into accepting their terms whether you intended to or not.  Verizon blocked the service but the customer not service India based call center refused to credit.  Be careful and never accept any text messages from anyone you don't know, particularly a company.

Funmobile is horrible!!! I called asking why they charged my cell phone $9.99 when text messages I received clearly stated I would not be charged ~ anything! The person I spoke with said he could not credit me the charge. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he said his supervisor was not available. He said he would tell his supervisor to return my call but did not know if I would get a return call. This company tricks you, stay away from Funmobile!!!

I was billed 9.99 for a "Premium Messaging service" that I didnt know about. When I called Verizon, they asked me to call 1-877-661-1136. I called and the person on the other side said that I had signed on to this "Funtime" service and that they dont give refunds. This is a RIPOFF - specially, now when I have been unemployed for a year. Somebody or the FTC should investigate these outfits.

I got the same two charges!!

which is complete crap!I have contacted them and they do not have any info other than the date and "conf number". They refuse to refund my money and say I signed up for the service but never used it. I am contacting T-mobile now but the first time I called they hung up on me once I stated my confusion and dismay.

I called Verizon on 10/26 and they said this is a 3rd party company that is charging on Verizon bills. We must have signed up for something. I didn't sign up for anything and they wouldn't credit my acct even if this was blocked on the phone. We need to fight back on this. This is not right - why can the cell phone company take the money from us to pay these third party companies. I am out about $60.00 because this has been happening and I didn't know what this was. If you get a charge address it right away.

I've never signed up for Top Logo either, but they are charging me also, Premium service!  Never used it, never well! Whats going on? I have T-Mobile.

I got a charge on my phone bill, so I looked on my phone to see what it might be after finding this website. I have a text message from 22643. I didn't know anything about it, so I googled it. It's funmobile. The website says to text Stop to 22643, so I did. I'm going to keep my eye on the phone bill and see if they charge me anymore.

sure glad i found this forum, they charged my 11yr sons cell phone. i was about to ground him but now i believe he didnt know what was going on. thanks for all the info.

I also got a text message from Fun Mobile. This is ridiculous!  I didn't even subscribe to anything from this company. It came to my phone so I texted STOP hopefully to stop it and I guess it didn't work because I was charged $9.99.  This company needs to be revealed and all of its proxy servers so they can stop this behavior.

Hi there.....this just happened to me on my May bill for T-Mobile.  What is it?  I never text these numbers, and I am really pissed.  I live on a budget and when it goes over.......well then I get to feed my kid 10.00 less than before.....I hope you all can help stop these guys from charging people, they are criminals.

To unsubscription it, simply text "STOP" to 46357 (if u got bill by Quiz 8004166129) or 22643 (if u got bill by Funmobile8776611136), after u sent the text, u will rv a text say thank you for unsubscription it xxxxxxx. hope it helps!
For T-mobile user, called T-mobile, ask them to take care of the charges for u.

Called T-Mobile - our company - before I had a chance the customer service girl know I was calling about the $9.99 on my bill. She said she know that was an outrageous scam and she'd take of the charge. Great! But..that would take a month or more, so she advised me to pay everything now so there's no outstanding balance on my account and get the money ($9.99) back with the next bill as credit. I said that's nonsense, you either charge me or you don't! Well she says, T-mobile is not the one who charges me it is this other Fun Mobile company, and she can't do anything about it. How crazy is that....
