No response.  Has called multiple times.

so did i and they wont answer when i answer

This is Cox calling to upsell you some extra services.  They call back even when you turn down the "one-time special offer" multiple times.

Yes, it's Cox Communications calling from this number, I called it back after seeing I had missed yet another call from this number. I wanted to know who was calling my cell on a daily basis this week. I suspect Cox hopes to sell some added feature or whatever. I'm a Cox subscriber and they have been texting me with offers and sending emails as well. I just didn't realize they were calling me also since they never bother to leave any type of a message. And this is probably so because they probably hired some call center to do their soliciting, and the call center places numerous calls on some sort of auto-dialer programmed to know when a call picks up so it in turn goes to some pre-recorded message telling you to hold on for the live rep to come onto the line and pitch to you. I just don't like the way this is done and besides, I pay enough already for Cox high speed and my internet is still too slow no matter what they say. I added their 877 number to to my do not call.hang up on em app, MrNumber.

I dropped cable some time ago because I for watch anything I can't find on Hulu or Netflix for muuuuuuch cheaper. They're recently started sending me repeated letters advertising some new cable service and I obviously haven't been interested, so it goes straight to the trash. Now apparently they're calling from this number... Repeatedly. Probably about the same thing. They never leave a voicemail and I'm not calling back. I don't want it!
