They call here from 6 am till 11 pm. I get these calls back to back they will call up to 20 time a day, no message, no talking when answered.

I also got a call from this number. I called it back and got an answering machine that told me it was Comanche County Patient Financial Services. Hope this helps.
Problem is.....these people don't have my number!!!!

I am getting these no-one-there calls at least twice/day for awhile now.  I called the main number of Comanche County (580) 355-8620 and had a very nice patient rep explain to me that they were very aware that their 'system' was not talking to people and said they "were working on it".  When I asked if the no-talk calls would continue as they 'worked on it', it was not known otherwise.  It was impossible to get an Administrator on the phone despite aggressive attempts at contacting someone of authority.  Refused consistently by several persons so it must be policy to keep calls away from them (?)..  Comanche County is doing this quite intentionally, per a patient rep in CCMH's Business office and has known about it for months and months.  A phone-operator confirmed multi-complaints, too, so I think everyone knows about it (that I managed to get on phone anyways.  The Administrator, a Mr Steinzmetz (?) I think, apparently wants to harass people by having a system programmed to call some number and when answered, stay silent for some nefarious reason, and then having an answering machine set-up for call-backs so that absolutely no one can ever contact Comanche County about the deceptive Caller-ID and no-one-ever-there.  Its a spoof of reality, in a way..  Nasty, nasty place of business when you are told by a decent (and also upset about this stuff!) 'worker' how Management is definitely aware of the problem(s) since many people have complained about it.  I asked it the simple on/off switch of the system harassing people could be turned off, and the answer was something no one could say other than "working on it".  I smell feces on this, big-time, and am going to make sure that the owners of Comanche County know what Steinzmetz is up to.  I deeply appreciated speaking to the rep that showed honesty and integrity by his honesty.  Gotta spread the word about this place, for sure.  Thanks for your attention to this important information about this business and phone number!

These calls continue with full knowledge of John Zelbst, the allege Chairman of Board of Trustees (despite web search indicating otherwise).  I was lied to previously by a Comanche County employee as to who the Administrator is/was - it appears to be Randy Segler.  Obtaining factual info from any part of Comanche County Memorial has proved near-impossible.

I can say with 100% accuracy that an entire meeting of Hospital 'bigwigs' overheard me on speaker-phone just now saying to NEVER place another hang-up call to anyone.  I was told they knew there was a problem and thought it had been fixed.  I know it is a lie as I have called multiple times and been told that Admin *was* aware of onging hang-ups.  Just a bunch of 'not-me' type of business junkies that refuse to admit when they cause illegalities to occur.

It is especially sad that at least two attorneys on the Board, Dennis Butler and John Zelbst, are aware of this problem, and apparently feel innocent enough to associate themselves with such activities.  The numbers for either attorney are in the listings, and anyone hassled by 877-664-8016 should call those attorneys and ask why they lend their name to such actions.  Its all public record as to who runs Comanche County Memorial and I have documented that each of them is VERY aware of Comanche County's way of hanging up on random persons.

I'm so sorry that you have been receiving these calls. I just received a call from this number as well and decided to google it. After finding this article it became apparent that it was from CCMH. I actually happen to know the program that is doing this, its called eClinical Works (eCW for short). eCW is an outpatient clinical system that sends out automated messages to remind patients of their appointment with the provider. It usually will have a message to alert them of their appointment the day before. It is apparent that your number must have been mistyped by one of the front office staff members. If you give me your number, I could probably get your number unlisted from the program. Although many people know of this particular issue, I have been working personally on this since the moment we realized it was faulty. I will report this issue once again to the "powers that be" and hope that they will fix it this time. Hope I can help out in some way to make up for frustrated times.

You can tell them that I have received calls this week from this number and they did not leave any messages and if it is about meeting an appointment then to leave a detailed message so that I will know what the call is about or I won't answer calls that I don't know.

Any calls after 9 pm  and more than 1 a day is called harassment.  It's against the law and they can be fined for it for breaking a federal law.  Look up the Fair Debt Collection Practices  law
