Some co. called Protocol (?) is a collections company.

Continue to get calls from 877-678-0867 sometimes recorded message and sometimes from a Mr. Wesley.  Actully called and talked to someone to say that the person they were seeking did not live at this phone number and to stop calling but it has not.

These people keep calling my company looking for a person who had the number before.  I get a recording asking for a call back.  I have called and they are asking me to prove to them that this is a business number.  Some F--king nerve on their part.

They keep on calling me as well. I say if it is really that important, i will get an actual person calling me and not some recording!

keeps calling and asking for Terry Jr. Tell them they have the wrong # only Sr. lives here. Ask them to quit calling, but they will not.

had a guy from this number call said his name was mr wesley, he was calling for someone else have no clue how he got my cell number

Calls come to the number of an employee who no longer works here.

Said they have very good news for me...then called my main line to ask for employment verification.

She has used my bf's cell phone number to call him on his cell at work. I believe the information was more than she legally is allowed to discuss, but will be working on this with an attorney.
When I asked for verification of this debt (which was charged off in 2002, according to her, in CO.), she said that a letter would be on the way. I updated my adress information with her at that time.
I called two weeks later (after she had tried to call numerous times - I didn't answer because I was waiting on the letter).  She said the letter was returned to them.  She listed an address that I had many years ago (and I have moved 3 times since then).  I corrected the address and asked her to resend the letter.  She said she was sending the "settlement letter." I asked about confirmation of the debt, and said that I have no idea what this is about (nothing like getting someone who remembers - or at least makes good case notes while talking to you! I had gone over all of this one the phone with her before!). She said that she has to contact the company and request this information and that they usually charge for it - am I ok with that?   I said no, because I have to confirm that this debt exists and is mine before I will agree to anything.
I am now seeking advice and will be sending a cease and desist letter. Oh wait - except for the fact that I called them and they will not give me an address. My attorney said a fax is just fine.  Let's see if she does send this information I have requested and maybe - just maybe - there will be an address on the envelope!

this caller has several numbers and calls  many times daily. They have been told the party they ask for does not live here and to remove my number. This has had no effect.How can this be right to harrass people that do not have bad credit or owe an outstanding debt. There must be a way to stop it.

Received call from 877-678-0567. I have no additional info. except I do not owe any "back" bills. I am taking this up with an attorney and will update my progress for all.

I received a call from 877 678 0567 x3140 John Devine.

He left a message and did NOT leave his company name.  My greeting asks for everyone to leave a name, number, company, and date/time of call  blah blah blah.  Since he did not leave his company name, I refuse to call him back.

"Protocal", huh? Say hello to my old friend Robert Wilson, if that's his real name.
