Got 3 voicemail messages on my Tracfone cell phone from this number from a Russell.  I called them and at the third attempt, got a female.  Told her I have a Tracfone and they recycle numbers.  I said I didn't know what the message was about, but since this was a recycled number, I made a request to take my cell number off of their list as per the request of the state I live in (which I named).  I'm hoping that takes care of the problem.
This is very similar to NCO and its subsidiary who called both my home and cell numbers for a year before I contacted my state consumer protection agency to find out what to do.  (I usually just hung up when I realized it was a recording.)  I also ended up calling them and told them to take my name off the list as per above.  I have not heard from them since.

I keep getting these calls from Russell at this number and he says it is about a matter that may or may not involve me and that he will explain a bit more when I call.  It is always the same message, from Frontier Financial Group.  I never call back.  How do I make this go away?
