Toner fraud.. Will send invoice for toner never ordered or received. BEWARE

Beware of fraud.  We received an invoice in the amount of $925.33 for toner for a copier that we don't have.  I called the number on the invoice and got a message machine.  "Tom Miller" did call me back and when I questioned the validity of the order he quickly told me he would cancel it since it had not yet been shipped.

Bogus and fraudulent invoicing from "Network Office Products."  Have now reported same to District Attorney in Orange County.  Have submitted invoice and envelope for forensic purposes.

Toner Scam.  Called to verify model number on the copier.  I explained we get our toner through Office Depot and he immediately hung up on me.  All of a sudden we have an invoice for $1,900 in toner we never received or ordered.  I am reporting to FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection!!  Also, invoice stated a PO Box in California, but California Secretary of State says company does not exist.

If you get the same call or invoice, please report to FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection.

i google the telephone number and noticed this is a scam. we received an invoice. FRAUD!!!!!

Got a call and an invoice for $1,690.00.  Never ordered this toner.  Fraud invoice.

Received invoice for $925.33, we never order from them, our toners are ordered through another company.  They somehow were able to get our printer/copier id#'s.

Unbelievable I too received an invoice from Network Office Products for $872 and No toner. Call the number on invoice no answer, left tones of messages and no call back.

We received the invoice as well dated 4/12/10 in amount of $852 for two toners.  Our company doesn't even pay for toners since they are part of our maintenance on the copiers.   These people think we are stupid....

Please do not pay the invoice!!!!

Received an invoice from these guys for toner that we never ordered.  Lucky for us, we caught it, looked up their contact number here, and saw a ton of complaints like ours.  We submitted a complaint to the FTC -- https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

VERY simple and straightforward to do.  If you encounter them, I'd recommend you do it, too.

The invoice we received was for 4 toner cartridges at $419.00 for a total of $1,836.65!!!

We have never spoken to these people, and only get our supplies through the company that cares for our machines.  I hope they get these guys and prosecute them to the full extent of the law!

Got a call from this "company" asking for serial number and model numder on copier.  Recieved an invoice for 4 toners for $1716.00 .  

Instruct your employees not to give this information out to anyone.

We are a law firm in Cincinnati.  After some calls soliciting us to buy office products and our refusing to talk to them, we received an invoice for 4 toner cartridges for our primary printer/copier for an inflated price, the bill totalling $1,690.00.  I'm sending a letter to them about it as well as reporting it to the Ohio Attorney General's office.  This is clearly a fraud; they list an address at a PO box in Costa Mesa, CA (PO Box 10519, Costa Mesa, CA, 92627).

Got an invoice today 6/9/2010 for a total of $1,690.00 for 4 toners for a Canon coppier with a shipping cost of $14.00 however, Canon provides the toner for our machine and once i googled this company this site came up and well since we did not order any toner it made sense that this was fraud. since I work at a law firm naturally my boss told me to file a complaint with the FTC and I did. Please do not fall for this trap.

I got an invoice for 1690.00 only problem is my copiers are contracted and we get toners for free Straight from Konica. I am going to report it.

Box 10519, Costa Mesa, AZ  92627 - phone 877-689-5659.    Implies they are your toner supplier and then sends an invoice for $1600.00 for FOUR cartons of toner.   PLUS SHIPPING!    Look out for these sleezebags.   Always check your invoices to make sure they are from YOUR suppliers.

We did also it was for $ 852.00 do they really think people would pay for something that they never got  Ha ha ha

Gold to know I am not the only one getting all of these bothersome calls!  The total for ours was for $852.00 and I work for a Law Firm... Not a smart IDEA!!!!!

We got an invoice for nearly $2,000 for toners we neither ordered nor received.  Company name on the invoice was "Network Office Products" with this phone number.  I called it and got a generic "You've reached customer service.  Leave a message..."
