It's a SCAM!!! They claim to be willing to help settle a debt out of court through a cash lending company (in my case CashNet USA). And they get your credit card number to set-up a payment arrangement.

I contacted CashNet myself and was never even issued money from them!!

Don't fall for it...I had to cancel my credit card!

I googled the name Guiana Michaels and this is the name of an actress in adult pornography movies. Interesting.

Company called my sister's number 7 states away. Left message that they have papers to serve me. I called and it's a collection company or I really feel a collection person that found out that I had borrowed money from cashnet.USA  and asked if I wanted to set up a payment plan. I told them that this account was included with my bankruptcy and that I no longer owe. He stated that under the law I still owed it. That I knew was wrong and now I am involved in a scam. I told this guy that the judge approved my bankruptcy case and I will get the case number.........HE HUNG UP ON ME !  P.S. Even if I still owed Cashnet.USA, I would not make payment plans through this company because Cashnet.USA knows nothing about this company and did not authorize them to collect money that was discharged in bankruptcy.

Company called my phone left message that they had papers to serve me and that they have contacted my employer to notify them of this and she the independent court process Trina Smalls would be escorted by the sheriff dept when serving the papers. However she said by law she didn't know what the papers were because she's not allowed to open them. WHAT A JOKE.
