TOTAL SCAM.  "This is United States Treasury calling (my actual first and last names) concerning grave legal matter.  We do not want you to go to jail.  Please call Mike Henry at 877-693-3922 to discuss your legal options.  Thank you and have a blessed day."  First of all, "Mike Henry" was a guy with a very thick Indian accent trying to sound American.  Second, "United States Treasury" doesn't call anyone.  Neither does the IRS.  They send written notices.  Third, who at the "United States Treasury" wishes people a "blessed day"????  ROFL!!!

I got the same call, I told them to forget it and the same guy calls back, I let it go to voicemail.

8-18-2016.. Same tool called me telling me it was with "United States Treasury" but did not have my correct address, and said that they have sent 2 letters. Stating there was legal procedures taken out on my mane and to take action Immediately. and to contact Jack Conway.. I think I am going to call at lunch and give them a piece of my mind...! It will be a good way to kill an afternoon!

I am not sure who this "really" is, but I know its not the Department of Treasury or IRS as they do not call people AND the guy used my nickname, not my legal name, which is what the IRS or Department of Treasury would have..So sick of people scamming others, get a real job like the rest of us out here and stop trying to steal from hard working people!

I got the same call, I said I was going to record this call, he said it was ok, I waited a few seconds and said ok it's on go ahead, he then hung up, I called the number back and no one answered, they must have caller id.

I just received this message of "importance" and legal action.  It's HYSTERICAL - but sad at the same time given the fact that the elderly (and some youngin's too) fall for this!  Jacob

I received the same call today twice. Stated he was Jack Conway. Stated he was with the United States Treasury Legal Affairs department. Dude couldn't even pronounce half the words he was trying to say on the voice mail and you could tell he was struggling to finish his sentence. Complete waste of my time. I posted it to the FBI site so they could shut it down and blocked it on my phone.
