Got the call today its a dept collectors.

I do not answer, but I have called them back to get my name off the list.  It doesn't work.

The Nebraska Attorney General has been alerted and he calls it a scam.

This number 1-877-696-2660 has tried saying I owed 103.85 dollars when I called Bank of America they said my accounts were closed because of previous actions I had closed it around 3 years ago from 2009. And now Account Recieable Mangement is calling the 1-877 number saying I owe more money, When all of Bank of America told me I owed NO MONEY AT ALL. So I'm calling this Shay Davis back and confronting her about her lame scam. And possibly the police. Thank you, goodbye.

calls up to 3 times a day 7 days and leaves no message leave a message or stop calling me

they call my cell phone and home phone non stop all day. it is driving me crazy. how I i make it stop.

Hmm....another credit company looking for the person that had this phone number before us.  Same name they are looking for every time.  So this company calls anywhere from 1-3 times a day.  I answered it twice, but the menu to tell them they had the wrong number was broken.  How convenient.  For two weeks, at least!  I gave up after that.  All calls to this number are unanswered.  [***]!

This number has been calling my direct line at work non-stop for the past three weeks - anywhere from 1-3 times a day.  The message they leave is obviously from a debt collector who is looking for someone that does not work here.  I finally got so fed up that I went through the prompts to report to this organization that the person they were looking for was not at this number and to stop calling.  The associate for the collection company said she would update their records and cease calling.  Don't ya' know - I got a call back from them within an hour of telling them this.  This phone call went much different - I was definitely not polite and informed them that if they called back I would be forwarding a complaint to the Attorney General's Office of NY, the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.  This seems to have worked - I have been "call-free" from these people for over 2 weeks now.

Calling to collect debt but the party calling for must of had this number before me (I have had this number 10 months and collectors continue to call.

I got a missed call a few times from this # and nobody ever leaves a message. Bad for those who are wasting their time calling to unanswered calls.

isn't there something we can do to prevent this 1-877-696-2660 from calling me and harassing me??  if i could just reach my hand through the phone i would choke the living light out of them.

They keep calling my cell phone asking for someone who is not me. I follow the prompts to report the wrong number but they still call!

This number has been calling my cell phone for at least 3 months, on a daily basis.  I never answered before last week, because I do not recognize the number.  It's been calling multiple time per day lately.  When I answered twice over the last two evenings, it was a recording asking for "Jennifer".  I followed the prompts to indicate that they had the wrong number.  They called again today and I answered - a man asked for Jennifer.  I said there was no one by that name at this number and to stop calling me.  I told him they'd been calling me everyday for months, and he said they hadn't.  The missed calls list in my phone shows the number, so obviously they mistaken or lying.  Verizon will not block the number unless I pay for a particular service.

These people call me everyday atleast 3 times a day for the past month. I have told them three times that I am not who they are looking for. I have finally got an app for my iphone called iblacklist that will block these calls completely. I'm so fed up with there crap.

To all those who would like to use software to block unwanted calls I will place a link at the bottom of this report. This software works the best I have search and tried a few others but this one seem to the best job. you need to have caller id service , hook the phone line to the modem on your computer , run the install on the software and as they call you decide if you want to block them or not. It will also give you a report that you can print out and use to help with any law suits if they call too much.

This is non sense and needs to be investigated. Is there a law to protect us from these scamers.

After answering a call and explaining that they had the wrong number, the rep hung up on me.  I then called ARM customer service at 1-800-220-3350 and they said my name would be removed from the list, but it would probably take a week.  We'll see.
