I have been dealing with Vision Credit Solutions for a few months.  I notified my lawyer and he has tracked their information.  They operate under many names, so it makes sense that Megan or whoever the hell she is, has many aliases.  We are also working with law enforcement in New York to put an end to this collection group.  If you would like to share your story with me that would add more leverage to our case.

(1-877-697-8919 IS THE NUMBER BILLING ON BANK INFO) I too receive calls from 1-855-211-9755this number and spoke to a Mike unfortunately I make a payment and arrangements to pay every pay period of $144 I feel so foolish!!!! When I was unable to make another payment a processor by the name Ashley Scott called to inform me that she needed an address to serve me because I didn't keep my arrangement and before I could response she said that I should call Huntington and try to make arrangements because once she serve these paper I'll have to appear in court scared I called spoke to mike telling him that I couldn't afford $144 every payday that I only work part-time and he stated that the State made those terms that they couldn't be broken or changed. I was overwhelmed I had never heard of a debt collector not willing to get payments of some kind!!! I don't have it so I GUESS I'LL BE GETTING SERVED! By the way that Ashley Scott called my cell phone 5 or more time before I spoke to Mike stating I'd been notified but after I spoke to Mike I haven't heard from her about serving me.
