This is an automated call from Nationstar Mortgage, generally leaving a message to call them back. You are either more than 10 minutes late on your payment (they don't care about the grace period in your contract), or they want to help you refinance by throwing another 10 grand on the principal of your house with their excessive fees.

Anybody know who this is??  I don't answer 800, 888, or 877 numbers.  I work at home, don't have time to talk to solicitors, even though I am on the Do Not Call List I get tons of calls anyway.

Nationstar Mortgage robo-dialer.

It is NationStar Mortage Company. They robo call mulitiple times day and night. It does'nt matter that you make your monthly mortage payments. They are a pests.

NationStar Mortgage--Don't know why they are calling.  I have always paid and am up-to-date.

Yes, this is Nationstar Mortgage. They will call you every single month. They do not care about the grace period and even if you tell them every time they call that you make your payments on say the 15th of every single month and never been late in ten years. They will call you every single month and bug you about it if it's not paid on the first of the month. They want to collect the interest on it, so they want it in their bank sooner than later. So annoying. They call during naptime every single month and wake up my baby.

NationStar will ROBO CALL customers on the 4th or 5th of every month, even with customers that have never been late!!!
This is a very UNPROFESSIONAL company that is in a much lower class than other other mortgage companies. Unfortunately they are my current Mortgage Servicer since my mortgage was purchased from the professionals at Bank Of America.

Most professional banks and mortgage companies will allow until the 15th, 16, or 17th of the month before they commence with notifications of late payments. Nationstar has robo called my cell phone as early as the 4th of the month and will vigorously call multiple times per day. This company originated as a debt collections company, but unfortunately is not aware that customers actually do exist that are not delinquents. Having never missed a payment since they purchased my loan from Bank Of America, they execute ROBO CALLING starting on the 4th of every month makes them a very sub par company. I CAN NOT wait for my Re-finance process to complete (with a different lender of course) so I can move onto a different servicer. They ARE THE WORST.

I don't even have a mtg I rent so I don't have any idea why I got a call from them. Next time they come up on my phone I am going to hit reject and that will be the end of them!

It is NationStar......I am enrolled in their Equity Accelerator program and they still call me.  They take a partial payment every two week out of my checking account.....and they still call me.  I don't even answer anymore.  What a huge pain!

Good lord its just a reminder call - why do people get so friggen bent out of shape if a business calls you? Big Deal- dont answer it... every phone nowadays has caller ID if you dont recognize the number or dont want to answer it DONT. Then move on with life and every day activities.

PROBLEM SOLVED  -  NO more robocalls from NationStar

I have an Android - I have Advanced Call Blocker (free from Playstore) and set to answer and hangup automatically whenever 877 698 9400  calls my number.  They can no longer even leave a message on my phone and every time I see a call from NationStar I giggle a little bit.  1/2/ ring and they are GONE.

Advanced Call Blocker can be set to automatically disconnect a call OR to send the call to voice mail. After a couple of times sending them to voice mail I reset them on ACB to simply disconnect when they dialed the number. (click)

M., it's highly unlikely that NationStar Mortgage monitors this forum, so you're likely wasting your time with your comment. If you don't want them to call, contact them to ask. If you don't have a relationship with NationStar Mortgage, all the better. Tell them. Most businesses with ANY sense don't want to spend money calling long distance to a non-customer. Maybe someone who is their customer USED to have your number? Now, if you don't have a relationship with NationStar AND you're on the Do Not Call registry, you could ultimately be paid by them for violating the law - but you have to meet all of the criteria. Bottom line is that your comment here is useless, but maybe the other information is helpful to you.

I continue to get unwanted calls of recordings from 877-698-9400. Usually there are 2-3 each day.
There was a representative that called me, Montoria Golden.
She said she was going to try to stop the calls to 972-850-9553.
I am on the NO CALL LIST!

2 calls in 2 days from this number.  Caller ID is "UNAVAILABLE"  No message left on my voicemail. I don't even have a mortgage.
