    Someone from this company called both me and my employer threatening a law suit. They said they would send the police to my job to deliver a supeona. They also told this to my employer so now my job is in jepardy. This is from a payday  loan that I took out in Jan 2012 but was never able to pay it all back and am now filing bankruptcy on it. They said I couldn't do that since I am being charged with check fraud and looking at 4 years in prison. My attorney feels it is a scare tactic
