It is a scam group, and a cell phone.... they claim that they are a debit collector for pay day loans.

this number keeps calling unavailable on caller id but leaves the number 8777052797 they say there has been activity on my account and I have officially been informed and they need to locate my where abouts.  They wont tell you for what.  I dont have any accounts in collections just pulled my credit report nothing on it it has to be a scam.

Its a debt collector agency. You must owe some company that is now trying to scare you so that you make the payments.

A cell phone? Really. How many cell carriers first 3 digits are 877? You're obviously a debtor, stop being an idiot debtor.

Tasha White identified herself as a Process Server employed by Everglade Capital located in Houston Texas could not locate Everglade Capital in Houston Texas

Number came up Private on caller ID .. Caller was 'Mr Henley' from United Litigation .. had info all screwed up .. asked for my wife, said she was 22 (long time ago) (does happen to be the age of my son) .. said they were trying to serve papers at my son's job and at the home .. to my knowledge neither action has been taken .. left a 'case number' and this number to call back .. from what I have read on these posts it sounds like scare tactics

I recived a call from officer from United Litigation telling me there trying to serve me papers for a company i tried to start when i was 16yo .... No phone number came up but he gave me a number to call 1-877-705-2797
its got to be a scam or something !
