I keep getting calls from a Mr. Nihls. Told me that he was going to sue me for breach of contract, never received any documentation as such. He is very obnoxious.

GC Services - Collection Agency

A Mr. Spanopolis (sp?) left three messages on my elderly father's answering machine seeking a relative who has never lived at his house. I called asking the nature of the business and the call, but the woman who answered the phone would say only they were in Florida, and she mumbled the name of the business really fast - might have been JC or GC Services - then she said the number would be removed and hung up. I assume this was a debt collection agency.

How do you report them when they harass and call daily?

Yup same guy called us. Freaky sounding fella, like he was on a ventilator or possible Darth Vadar resurrected? At any rate, the incoming call has 000-000-0000 as it's origin-why on Earth do they do that? Do not return this call.

Mr. Stanopolis is the guys name. Sounds like the most obnoxious creep in the history of debt collectors, I am sure he is a bone collector on the side. He leaves his extention as 3071

I keep getting a call from a lady as this number wanting to speak to our son.  I never answer.

Report them to better business bureau. I don't need to be harassed.

While I am usually paranoid about not getting these kind of calls, here is what happened with me.  I had been on the phone with my bank trying to take care of other business.  The call came through from them while I was on the phone so I assumed it was someone else from the bank calling me back as it was an 877 number.  They asked for my brother by name.  I told them he didn't live with me and like an idiot, yes, I admit, like an idiot, I gave them his cell.  Because I had been typed up with the bank so long, I wasn't focusing.  After hanging up with them, I realized what I might have done.  I called my brother right away to give him a heads up.  He was a little upset with me understandably, but loves me just the same.  He told me he has caller ID on his cell phone and not to worry about it.  You really have to stay on top of the game with these low people.  I just feel bad about putting my brother now in the path of these maniacs.
