Got a call today from "Ruby Banks" saying in regards to a civil action in Maricopa County with possible criminal charges. Said to call 877-711-7318 ext 105 to avoid further court proccessing and a possible warrent delivered by maricopa county authorities.

I just got essentially the same call. If you want to serve papers, bring them over. Otherwise, take a number! So sick of these calls. Real bill collectors would send you an actual bill.. not make up crap.

JUST RECEIVED A VISIT AT MY JOB FROM THESE LEACHES!! I AM SO SICK OF THE CALLS AND NOW THEY'RE POPPING UP AT MY JOB!!! SOME DEPUTY ALEXANDER SHOWED UP SAYING HE HAS LEGAL DOCS FOR ME. THEY CALLED MY EMPLOYER AND ARRANGED A PRIVAT MEETING TO SERVE ME. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! CALLED BACK TO RESOLVE ISSUES BEFORE COURT AND NOW THEY'RE ASKING FOR MORE MONEY THAN THE FISRT TIME!! I'LL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER DIME FROM THESE A$$HOLES!!!

I WON!! I took out a loan some time ago and I totally forgot about it until I got served at work over a month ago! As it would happen I ended up getting a settlement for the SAME AMOUNT I OFFERED THE RUDE LADY THAT FILED AGAINST ME!! I must say after being embarrased in front of coworkers this was a bitter sweet moment I will NEVER deal with this company again!! NuffCed!

They called me saying the same and they said it for a loan from Elastic.com from over 3 years ago. I dont remember ever getting a payday loan and they wouldnt give me any info to verify. I think I am going to call elastic directly

My loan was about that long ago as well, I never thought so much trouble would come from it. I learned a very valuable lesson about these types of loans... JUST SAY NO! Lol, I can laugh now but I was crying when all of this mess came about! Good Luck to you on yours as well!

I got the same phone call today...offered to pay the loan off but then I got real worried when he wanted a credit card num right away..yea no!! I will go to court serve the papers!!

IT TOOK 3 DAYS FOR THEM TO SERVE ME! YOU CAN WIN IN COURT, I DID! I'M PAYING A SMALLER AMOUNT OVER A LONGER TIME. I WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER LOAN OF ANY KIND AND CERTAINLY NOT USE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT!!

Received a call from "Gladys Shaw" re a debt that I don't owe.

Got a call from Investigator Aaron Michaels from Pre-Litigation Resolutions.  Aaron called my parents looking for me as well and I don't know how he got their number.  He said I owed money to a company and he was calling b/c I ignored their letter that was sent to such and such an address.  He had my actual address but I did not confirm it b/c I knew it was a scam.  I told him to send something in the mail if I owe anything.  Phone # given was 977-711-7318 x 408

I FOUND OUT MORE ABOUT THIS COMPANY FROM ELASTIC. THEY PURCHASED THE DEBT AND NOW TRY TO FILE SUIT ON PEOPLE THAT DEFAULT. I WAS TOLD DEPENDING ON THE BALANCE THEY WILL PURSUE THE DEBT. THE REP CHRIS YOUNG SAID THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE DEBT NOW. ONCE I FOUND OUT I OWED, I JUST PAID AND MADE THEM SEND ME A RECEIPT VIA EMAIL WITH THE ORIGINAL ACCOUNT NUMBER ON IT. THEREFORE IF THIS COMES UP AGAIN EVERY COMPANY AFTER THAT CAN KISS MY WHITE ASS! I MEAN THAT... EXCUSE MY FRENCH. I'LL NEVER GET ANOTHER HARD MONEY LOAN!

Anyone claiming that these people served them papers is lying; these folks called my office and said they would serve me papers. I told them to bring them and they never did. It's a scam.

...JUST GOR SERVED TODAY. IT'S REAL AND SO IS THE AMOUNT THEY'RE SUING ME FOR.

If you are going to be "served papers", you do not get a call stating that "you are going to be served papers".  They will just do it.  Also, if you are being served papers they do not call to verify your work and home address.  They will just show up at your home....can't serve you at work.  I get the same call often saying they are going to serve me and never show up.  Anyone saying that they have gotten served is lying and/or probably working for the company making the phone calls.

first of all when u get served they dont call from a 1800 nothing and plus they jus tshow up to serve u they never call u to tell u that u getting served. they can keep call and i will continue to hang up in their face.

Call allegedly came from Investigator Pearce or Pierce claiming that a summons might be issued for some unknown criminal matter if I didn't contact him immediately at extension 103. No organization or firm name given. An alleged case number was also given, and I was informed I must contact him immediately or further action could be taken. I have no idea what this is about.
