This number keeps calling telling me my husband or I have till 5 untill she sends paperwork over to his work.I don't know who she is. She just she is collecting for client but never says who.

Someone from this number called my parents house and told them that I have written som bad checks out of state and that there are several cases pending against me. THey left no name and have not called me.

I'm not sure what all types of debt they collect on - if they are purchased or not.  I do know that they collect on Pay Day Loans.

They violate several laws.  They disclose debt information to 3rd party and use threatening terms to scare family members, neighbors, friends and you into paying them.  I would suggest sending them a validation of debt letter and ensure that they are licensed to collect in YOUR state.  I would also, highly recommend filing a complaint with the NY attorney general.  

Regardless of if you owe the debt or not, they can NOT violate the laws set up to protect consumers. They will keep getting away with it, until people like you stop them.

actually donna, you are just saying the same thing other people say when you dont rectify your bills..... why not contact them and figure out how to pay your bills instead of running...
