- Kim replies to MJ| 1 replyI got the same text. I have NEVER had a Sears card and haven't had a Citibank card for over 10 years. Wonder the the deal is?
- Chris replies to KimI got this text, and it was real. I called the general customer service number for my Sears card and the rep said they send out those texts for account alerts. In my case, I was't aware that there were minimum payments on on my deferred interest promotion, so I was past due.
- JM| 1 replyI got the same message, and it was real too. Citi owns Sears card. They got my address wrong, so I never received my card or statement. I have a balance, and a late fee. I'll need to get that removed after I receive the statement.

- taraI received a text on 11-6-16 that this was an attempt to collect a debt and the rep asked me for my name, and phone number. The phone number was to verify my account. weird, I paid my card on the phone on 10-19-16 due on 10-26-16, but they called me on the 6th of November. no mail saying I did not make a payment or email, but a text. weird, I told the rep the payment was verified days ago. I could not get a straight answer out of the rep, the rep kept saying 2 different cards!!!
