Cant figure out who these people are.

Don't know them. They don't leave a message. Their number gets blocked, like most toll-free number callers.

I am on a do not call list. Renewed it yesterday and they still are calling. Not sure who they are once I am able to find out will report them and sue them in small claims court by me

Same here. They call, do not talk when I pickup, do not leave a message. I am on the donotcall registry.

Me too, not frequently, but often enough. 'Your call is important to us, hold for the next available agent'
Then a dead line. Surely is a pain in the nether regions as mine is a business line.
