It's a spam company that tries to rip you off by offing you an exclusive advertising opportunity.  No one is stupid enough to fall for this as this spam has been going around for a long time.  Shame on "Rebecca Dunne" if there really is even such a person.

Everyone who gets this spam should call his toll free number and waste a ton of his time by faking an interest, then laugh and hang up. If everyone did this, it would waste all his time and cost him a fortune paying for all the calls. It's time to beat these spammer idiots at their own game  :-)
